I have a three year old Chinchilla who is very particular about her food. I have hand mixed pellets, hay, fruit and vegis along with corn, seeds and etc for a period of time to get Chi to eat as she should. I purchased a bag of Fiesta Chinchilla Food on a whim to see if my picky Chi would eat it. Much to my surprise she ate it very well. She loves it and I am much happier now not having to hand mix her food. This product smells good and has a fresh consistency.

I got this food for my chinchilla a couple weeks ago, and my chinchilla seems to like it but every time i go in there to give her more food it turns out that she only eats what she likes. So if you have a chinchilla you could try this stuff maybe it might work for your chinchilla.

Pros: she likes the nuts and fruit

Cons: leaves the food she does not like

I would recomend this chinchilla food because it contains lots of stuff and my chin Onyx loves it, although there are some things in the food that he doesn't like.

Switched!

I switched to Kaytee Fiesta from Charlie Chinchilla Food and my chinchilla's behavior changed dramatically. He wasn't his usual energetic self and was very lethargic. I went through this bag and switched back to Charlie and now he is back to normal.
