"I tried 3 different products before buying this one. Within a day, my cat was worm free. This product is amazing. I would highly suggest buying it the first time instead of trying a cheaper product first. Its worth the $24."

Pros: very effective Cons: only wish it was better tasting for kitty
"My poor kitten Jack had a small case of tape worms, and you could tell he was feeling down and out because of it. My Sister than recommended this product, and I drove down to PetsMart as fast as I could and the same day, gave my Jack his first dosage. After giving him 1/2 pill everyday, you can tell he was happier and the tape worms were gone. I would highly recommend this product to any cat lover! (If you have problems with giving pills to your kitty, just buy a pill grinder and put in wet cat food. They will never notice). Good luck."

Pros: worked fast! Cons: knocked it down 1 star because it's a pill form.
"I'm impressed with this product. We tried a different liquid application on the back of our kitten's neck for tapeworms, but it didn't get rid of them. After waiting 2 weeks for that stuff to work, we bought and tried these pills. After giving 1/2 a pill, we didn't see any more worm segaments at all. They were gone that fast. Too expensive though...could be cheaper...we're only getting 3 pills in a bottle ya know. I knocked it down one star because it's a pill form, and very difficult to give to a cat."

"My kitty jasmine had some tape worms - I couldn't afford the vet this time either. I thought there must be something out there that was natural, or something else I can do. I searched online and found Tape Worm Tabs. It's exactly the same ingredient as the high-priced pill the vet gives. Exactly the same, so we can use it with confidence. "My male cat had tape worms before. I tired this product because going to the vet was expensive and I did not have the money. It works in one day - we were worm free! Well, I always use flea protection , but somehow missed putting it on them once. He has worms again! I am going to buy this product again to treat the worms because it worked so well the first time! "My kitten came from a flea infested house. So its not surprising when she had tapeworms. It took a while to find some medicine, but when i found this i was glad. It worked immediately and haven't had problems until recently. I wasn't able to get rid of all her fleas, so now we have fleas in our house. Not as bad where she came from, but it gave her worms, which i wanted to avoid. I plan to buy the product again soon!"

The only medicine available for tape worms,

"This contains the same ingredient and dosage available from the vet and it is the only ingredient proven to kill tape worms. Tape worms are the most common type of worm infecting cats and no other anti-worm treatment will treat them. If you read most anti-worm medicine labels they are only effective against round worms and cats have tapeworms more often. You have to know what kind of worms your pet has before you can treat them. If you use this to treat other types of worms it will not be effective either since it is only for tapeworms. You also have to be very careful about the dosage with this product, you can easily overdose if you do not follow the package directions or if you inaccurately judge your pets weight. Someone else posted that this did not treat their pets tape worms and I feel that they either did not follow directions or the animal had some other type of worms. I have to use one of those "pill popper" things to give this to my cats. They will not eat it in their food. A dispenser is also necessary if you have multiple cats so that you know they get the proper dosage. If you have any questions, call your vet!"

"One of my cats would constantly get tapeworms. I kept having to take her to a vet to get a tapeworm shot. Then someone told me about Tradewinds. It works great, so far, no more worms. It's much cheaper-- getting one shot at the vet's office will cost about $15. Tradewinds has 3 pills, so it's contains 3 dosages. This saves a visit to the vet, is which my cat is grateful for!"
