Pros: bird likes it Cons: eats the big seds first "My very picky eater umbrella cockatoo actually eats this and seems to look forward to it. If left to his own devices he would live on sunflower seeds.He does go through and pick out the larger seeds first and drop the rest of the balls onto the floor. I put the remains back into his dish so eventually he eats most of it. Has been eating this for years, is in good health with beautiful feathers, lots of energy, so the nutrition must be there. The tropical fruit is the only flavor he likes, have tried them all.This is a bird that would rather starve than live on pellets."
