I spent years feeding my birds seed and pellets. My African Grey, Sydni, loves, loves, loves, this food. She only eats this now, and there is so much less mess. The proof is in the bird, and she is healthy and happy!!!!!

I actually bought this due to my 2.5 y/o requesting it for our finches (Gouldians, Owls and Zebras). Thus far, the Gouldians and Zebras absolutely love it as a snack. It's entertaining to watch them consume it, as well.
Pros: they love it!
Cons: i discard it daily when given so some waste.

These are a must have for any human lucky enough to be owned by a parrot. I am never without these in my house. My 2 Umbrellas, 2 Amazons and my Goffin would revolt and mutiny if these were not readily available. They are great exercise for their beaks, mine work each and every nut and seed out one at a time. They are also great for training incentives. If you haven't treated your fids to these delights do it now.
