I purchased this product since PetSmart no longer carries Seachem's Flourish in the stores (why not???). I used Leaf Zone before, years ago. It's okay, but my plants are not flourishing as much as they did under Seachem Flourish.
Pros: measuring cap on top
Cons: not as good as seachem's flourish by my experience

This is probably one of the best liquid fertilizers around, but like all liquid fertilizers, this does not replace a good all the micro and macro nutrients a plant gets from a good substrate or tab form fertilizers.
Unlike tabbed fertilizers, this will also encourage algae growth if you are not careful since it mixes with the water and not in the substrate.
Also, if you are using Activated Carbon in your filter media, do not use this product since the carbon will adsorb the iron from the water.

Handsdown API makes the best chemicals in everything i have purchased and this is no exception. I put in 5ml for every 10 gallons once a week and my plants are a lush green and growing very well. I use this in conjuntion with a fine gravel for root developement and i also use fertilizer tabs as opposed to the flourite porious clay substate. I just didnt like the color or look of the stuff so i went an alternative route. My plants were healthy but were not that beautiful green that i have now. A+ product i highly recommend this and every other API chemical out there.... i have never been let down yet.
Pros: easy measuring, very nice price, works great

I have never had such a lush and healthy planted aquarium. This stuff is amazing and you just use a lid full every week and your plants will take off like crazy. It doesn't seem to bother the fish one bit.
I've had aquariums and tropical fish for as long as I can remember and this is the best my plants have ever looked.
