lubricant nightmares,

"This mister does it's job. It's better than your everyday squirt bottle and my iguana appreciates not being startled by a heavy squirt. Yet I've had horrible issues with the lubricant for the plunger. If you leave water in this, even for a couple hours the lubricant taints the water. It smells funny and I'm horrified to squirt my iggy with it incase it's harmful, which i'm sure an everyday iguana doesn't receive lube in his mist. I'm not sure if anyone else has had this issue but beware. I would absolutely love this item if not for this."

"This mister is much, much more efficiant than a regular spray bottle and your hand does not get fatigued using it. Only problem is that after a few months, it broke from daily use and is now useless itself. I'm still going to buy another one. Once I do I'll have two containers to fill up with water since I have several cages to mist a few times daily. Definately worth the price, just wish it would have lasted a little longer"

"I bought this to raise the humidity in my hermit crab habitat. So I pumped it and gave it a good long mist and to my amazment the humidity gauge jumped from a 40 to over 80. This product is not only good for my tank but I plan to use it this summer."

"Okay, I know that when you look at it... it's not that thrilling... but hey, this thing is awesome! Totally afordible and distibutes and even layer of water all across you terrium. My geckos actually come OUT of their little " hiddy holes" to take a dulux shower! The regular misters that you squeeze continuesly... will get the job down; however, will make larger misting drops... opposed to the " Mr. Mister's" little drops aka "real mist!" I recommend spending the extra 2 bucks and getting a mister that you pets will actually epreciate... but remember, always use SPRING WATER on you pets, not tap water!!! And, I heat my spring water on the stove until warm... " so my geckos don't have to take cold showers." ~Thanks~"

"I like this sprayer. I use it to spray my gecko and her cage when she is shedding, so it is nice and humid. it is easy to use and works great."

"I found this mist'r Lizard Jr. an excellent purchase. It provides an even, fine mist that my geckos love. It is the cheap version of an electric mister. I tried the water bottle "thing" and I found the droplets too big and it brings down the temperature inside the cage quite drastically. the size is great, about that of a large travel mug. can't go wrong for five bucks., ps you can also use it to mist your house plants. WOW...."
