I bought this about 6 months ago (i'm not sure) because my cockatiel, Alaska , was going to lay an egg and she was terrified of and after she layed her egg she would avoid it as if it was a predator after I took it out she went back to playing in that area. Don't waste your money!

Even though it looks like something you scrub with in the shower, this item actually works great, my birds love it, and all of them like hiding in it : )
