I decided to give this a try because it looked like it would work well. My wrought iron bird cage has been very difficult to get clean until I found this. This scrubber sponge works well with a bucket of soapy water, a drying hand towel and a little elbow grease. I will get another one of these if the one I have wears out.
Pros: doesn't harm painted finish on cages, re-useable, inexpensive, works very well

a sponge is better than this! i used this on my cage bars, it does protect them better but a sponge cleans more effective...dont buy this....its a waste of time
