This seed smells really good. I mix a bag in with less expensive seed to make it go farther. Birds seem to like it; especially cardinals and wild parakeets.

I am thrilled to death. I cannot believe how many different species of wild birds that I am getting to my bird feeders. I am using the squirrel proof bird feeders, they aren't too attractive, but they keep the squirrels out of the food.

The birds just LOVE this brand, and I can't keep the feeders stocked up quick enough.

Highly recommended.

Pros: wild birds love this

Cons: price is a bit high

This is an awesome bird feed. We got it one winter and we saw some birds very soon. Bluejays, mourning doves, grackles, and cardinals. We soon learned we had a family of cardinals nearby, and we saw a pair of mates come there every day. Squirrels like it too, and I would recommend either getting one of theose squirrel-safe tings, scattering the seed on the ground, or dealing with it. It is very entertaining to watch all the birds and squirrels fighting over every seed! We didn't get many birds though, but that's cuz it was winter and we live in a neightborhood. But still, I loved it a lot!

I love this product! Since using Kaytee, I have had almost every kind of bird visit my feeder that is listed on the package. They wait for me to fill the feeder every morning, I'm not even in the house yet and they are flying around me! I wouldnt use anything else.
