My winter white hamster loves this stuff. She always ate every little piece out of the bowl. Even the pellets which is very unusual for her picky little self. This food has a balanced diet and the improvement shows in my ham's energy, activity, and coat. It shined and made her look her best. Creature ( that is her nickname lol ) would have to agree with the flavor and size of the pieces. Not to big but small. She is in love with this stuff. Thumbs up. :) The best pro I would have to say is that the quality is so good but the price is so low. Double thumbs up.

As soon as my hamster heard me open this food, she ran down from her crittertrail X and climed on the cage bars waiting for me to give her some! and when i gave her a little piece she demolished it!

This food is very healthy for your pet and has a good balance of nutrition. This food contains many healthy ingredients like vegtables, fruits and grains. And the hamsters at my house, Sugar,Sweetie,and Pumpkin all seem to like this. However, Sweetie and Pumpkin always seem to store their food all over their cage and I'm afraid they don't eat.So, I might be trying a different diet. But,I would still reccomened this diet. :]

My hamster, Penelope used to eat this. She liked it, but would pick out all the pumpkin seeds and leave everything else at the bottom of her cage. Would recommend.

i bought this product for my dwarf russian hamster Storm. she would not even touch the big pellets of food, which is supose to better since dwarf ahmster are prone to diabetes. when i first switched her to this food she loved it!!! she ate it really well and hid alot of it in an area of her cage that she tends to collect things at. the only CON is to pick out the sugary things like the sun flower seeds, carrots and the fruits that can be high in sugar, but to give a variety and a treat to my harmster i give the food to her unsorted every other day or every two days.

I have two Roborovskiis, and it's recommended their food have at least a 16% protein content. Ecotrition was one of the only foods that met the guidelines AND had a varied choice of ingredients. The only thing my hamsters won't touch are the pellets, though.

Pros: hamsters love it, highly varied, well-balanced nutritional content

When I got my gerbil from a friend, she was being fed some discount store stuff. I chose this brand because it did not have sunflower seeds and all the others did. She has thrived since I changed her diet and looks and acts much healthier. Plus, she really seems to love it!!!
