This Super Pet Veggie Basket is wonderful. I fill it with fresh fuits and veggies as well as other treats and hang it in the cage. It is a joy to see my rats working out how to get the treats out of this basket. It keeps them amused and happy as they munch away at their prize. I would definetly recommend this as it has kept my animals happy and amused when I use it.

This product is great for rabbits, my rexs & lionheads love it for veggies. I've heard to use it as a hay ball but have never tried it, i'm sure it could be used for that aslo.

it is very hard to put hay in.my bunny doesn't like eating from it i dont know why. i bet i would be ok for veggies and fruit .i do not think you should buy this for hay.

My two chinchillas kept knocking their hay out of their crock that clips onto the side of the cage so this was the PERFECT solution! They stand up on their hind legs and eat eat eat! Holds a days worth of hay and I refill it when empty! They love ringing the little bell! They chew on the chain and the basket itself and it doesn't even leave a dint!

I have used this product for both my rabbit and my guinea pig. The critters love to work their way into the heaps of veggies and occasionally fruits I stuff in. However I warn you: you'll need to wrap around some kale or lettuce to keep all of the other smaller foods in, because otherwise they will all fall out! Great for chunks of apples, romaine lettuce with chopped carrots, and some juicy melon for the warm days! Overall fantastic item!

I got this for my rabbit. All you have to do is fill this up with Timothy Hay and your ready to go! My rabbit loves to knock down the hay and eat it.
The only thing I would say is to put something under it so that your pet doesn't eat something else off the ground with the hay. (:

I have used this product both for guinea pigs and for rabbits. The pets love moving it around to make the bell ring. It keeps the hay high off of the cage floor and does not fall out. I would recommend this more for guinea pigs because they don't eat as much hay and this is pretty small.

I got this and my hamster today and i havent used it yet but the holes are so big my robo dwarf hamster can squeeze through the bars and im scared he wont be able to get out one day but he manages :) i think i am going to put lettuce and carrots and MAYBE sum hay but idk

I saw this product in the guinea pig sanctuary in petsmart and I just had to try it out! I don't use it for veggies but for hay. It works easier and my pigs love it! Could be nice if you could adjust the length because my cage is rather tall but really nice, and the paint is impossible to get of! Greatttttt product!

I love this! I fill it up every morning with veges-sometimes fruits and yogurt-for my rats. They love it. Don't get deceived about how long the chain is. It is very short. Also it doesn't open so its a little hard to get stuff in

My rabbit has multiple toys with bells and seems to enjoy ringing those bells, she hasn't figures out how to eat vegetables through this but likes to stand underneath it and stand up to smack it around and bite it.

I love this product. I bought a green one for my rat, Dot, and she loves it. I put larger treats in it that can't be pulled through the openings easily. It provides an outlet for some of her energy and keeps her well entertained. I enjoy watching her try to figure out how to get the treats out and how excited she gets when she finally manages to retrieve one. I just wish the openings were a little smaller so I could fit smaller treats in it for her. However, I would definitely recommend this product to others.

I use this for fresh vegtables in my guinea pigs' cage. They both leave droppings all over the place so it is a good product to use so that none of the veggies can hit the droppings. I use a mix of fleece bedding and Carefresh in the cage but both get dirty so this was good to have in case I needed the vegetables to not touch the ground.
I gave it 4 stars however becasue I barely use it. I like to hand feed them their vegetables more than anything.

I have two bunnies and I use this product daily to place their veggies in. It is wonderful because not only is it more sanitary by keeping the veggies from getting on the cage floor it also is entertaining for my buns to knock the basket around and make the bell ring.

So i got this for my two Guinea Pigs Bubbles & Lady , this works great but the only thing is that the paint does chip off from them biteing it to get the vegs , but thats not really a prob for me!

I bought this to put hay in since i didn't like the reviews on other hay baskets. You have to really stuff it for the hay to stay in. I like watching them trying to get the hay out. I hear the bell ringing and know they're eating. The openings could be smaller. I have the purple one. They had 1 size. They had 1 silver too. I had to tie string so it'd be long enough since i have a big cage. Its a pretty good item.

My guinea pig Sienna got this veggie ball for Christmas. I think these balls come in 2 sizes and she got quite a large size in green. When she first got it she had already eaten some lettuce so when I put in just a little bit of veggies they fell out. So now instead of giving her a little bit of lettuce throughout the day, I put all of her vegg into it at one time so it won't fall out. Also I put a honey treat stick into the ball and she loves it. I hear her bell rattling about all the time. It also keeps the cage from getting messy since it keeps it contained in the ball. The chain is a good length although I did wrap it around the cage wire once so it wasn't so close to the bottom of the cage. Guinea pigs and all small animals will enjoy this. NO DOWN SIDE TO THIS PRODUCT! A GREAT BUY!
Pros: animal loves it, makes a sound so you know your pet is eating, saves space, keeps the cage from getting messy, chain is a good length
