Pros: my fish thrive on it!, primo ingredients. Cons: none!
"I've given fish many different foods in my day but none have impressed me or my current fish quite like Omega One. I have a 125 gallon freshwater community tank and EVERYONE in my tank goes nuts for this food. All my fish show excellent health and seem to digest this food much better than others which tend to constipate them rather easily.
As others have noted the ingredients are top notch. I open a can of Omega One and it smells much more like fish/seafood than other competing brands. I like that and my fish seem to as well. I'll be feeding my fish Omega One exclusively from now on and the fact that its made in my beloved USA is an outstanding plus!"

"I only feed my fish Omega One products. This food is high quality and is made from some pretty good ingredients, compared to foods like Tetra. This food's main ingredient is salmon, unlike other brands that use fish meal. The salmon is great for bringing out the colors in your fish.
My fish love this food too. They go right after it as soon as I put it in the tank. They don't go as crazy for some of the other foods I've tried.
I highly recommend everyone tries this food. It is great."

"The only other food I have used was tetra-min, it's okay, but this food is amazing. I got some fish from a person, most were guppies. The fish were not very colorful, I thought maybe it was just the way they were, but after 3 days of feeding them this food they bacame SO beautiful! Even the little baby guppies are showing colors that they never had before! My dwarf gourami also is now so shiny and his colors are absolutely brilliant. I think the best thing about this food next to how it really does bring out the colors of your fish is that instead of just reading "fish meal" in the ingredients list like tetra-min they actually say what fish they are made out of, and that is salmon. Very very good food, my fish love it and I love the way they shine. It doesn't have as much protien as other foods (by like 3% or something like that), but you are supposed to supplement thier food with treats anyways, and I also feed them Omega one blood worms (with a high protein amount of like 52%), which unlike most brand's "bloodworms" they are true bloodworms and not baby mosquitos. But other brand's bloodworms or other supplements would work too, I just like the omega fatty acids that Omega One provides. Maybe later I'll add a picture of my fish. I hope this helps. :D"

"This is one of my favorite brands of fish food. It's clearly a quality product and my fish consume it readily. I like to feed a variety of foods to my fish, and so I always keep some Omega One on the shelf."
