We started using Sheddless Plus (level 3) last winter because our Beagle mix was shedding so much. I chose the Sheddless because someone had told me to get linolenic acid from the heath food store. This was just easier to pick up since it was right in PetSmart where I go to get dog food anyway.

It really did cut down on the amount he was shedding and seemed to help with his dry skin. He sheds all year round but it is worse in the winter. We were going to stop using it in the spring when he starts to shed less naturally, but we decided to continue using it because when we stopped his dry skin came back and he was scratching like crazy.

Not only does this product reduce the shedding of my two Golden Retrievers to nothing in the winter and just a bit in the summer, their coats are shiny and so soft that people remark on them. Folks who handle a lot of dogs - groomers, pet kennel/spa staff, vet staff - always remark on how soft they are. Great product.

My dog, a rescued terrier-mix, has shed buckets of hair daily for the 4 years I've had him. Neither my husband nor I could keep up with the cleaning involved in dealing with the huge amount of shed hair all over the house. In July I went to PetSmart (250 miles away from where we live) and out of desperation purchased a 16 oz container of 21st Century Shed Less Plus. Within a few days, to my complete amazement, I noticed that when I petted the dog, I did not come away with my hand covered in shed hairs. Then I started paying attention to the rate of hair accumulation on our hardwood floors---unbelievable difference. While he still sheds just a little bit, the difference is astounding. I am as a rule very cynical about claims of product effectiveness, but in this case, every thing this company claims about this product is true. It works. The dog likes it (I put 1 tsp in his dry food twice a day), and this is a persnickety eater I have here. I am so pleased!! I highly recommend this supplement. Highly.

I love this product. I was a non-believer at first but I read the reviews I thought I'd give it a try. We have a three year old female beagle, who was shedding alot. After three weeks, we are down to 20% of that original shedding. I highly recommend this product.

I highly recomend this product . I have 3 Dauchshunds. One short coat and even though its short it still sheds! and 2 long coats They seem to shed all the time until I found this product ! This product does work. It takes a little time for it to get into the dogs system , but once it does it helps to control exsessive shedding . You do have to keep using it though. Sure all dogs shed to some extent , but with this product ,proper feedings and proper grooming you will notice the difference in your own home to be sure ! Give it a try and see the difference for yourself.

I
was very skeptical about this product, but I gave it a try out of sheer
frustration. My white dog has very thick, tho short fur. His fur would
actually fall off him as he walked. If you pet him, you would have a
handful of fur and everywhere he would lay down, he would leave part of
himself behind! Even the "furminator" didnt help, even when done
everyday. After a few days on this product, the shedding has
unbelievably subsided! I must say I was shocked. No more white, furry
comforter! No more vacuuming every hour. Whoever came up with this
formula...THANK YOU!!!

We have a Shiba Inu that constantly sheds. We were using the Zoom Groom at least twice a week to get out excess hair and vacuumed a LOT. Since we have been giving her two pills a day her shedding has almost stopped. At least 95% less shedding!
Definitely recommend this product!
