In August 2006, I found a 4 week old kitten outside my home crying desperately for food. He weighed less than a pound, and his bones were showing. We brought him to a vet who kept him for a week and advised that he was not going to make it, as his condition was beyond poor. Someone recommended KMR, so I requested the vet to return him to my home, where I knew with a little tender love & care, and the right nutrition, he would have another chance. Well, Lucky is now 12 weeks old and has went from a tiny helpless kitten who had to be picked up and placed in front of his food dish because he was too weak to stand up to a crazy kitten who runs through the house, jumps on the other cats, eats all their food, and is extremely playful with all his toys, tunnels, scratching posts/pads, etc. The vet advised his back legs may never work properly due to his malnutrition(which were weak to the point he could only walk so far then they would give out), and about a week ago, he learned how to jump on the couch! He was so proud of himself, he kept jumping on then off to show everyone he could do it. It brings tears to my eyes every time I think about the condition he was in when I found him, how I was afraid to pick him up because he was so frail, how I did not sleep for the whole week the vet had him. I truly believe that the KMR along with my patience & love, that his life was saved. He has made himself right at home, and we decided not to adopt him out to anyone - he's a keeper. Thank you to the makers of KMR! I would highly recommend it! Kittens love the taste & it's easy to make(I used the powder) & full of nutrition.
I also do wildlife rehabbing, and KMR will now be my choice of nutrition for many baby animals(raccoons, foxes, squirrels, skunks, etc.) in place of what we formerly used!

I work at an animal shelter and about 2 months ago we received a pregnant mother cat who gave birth to 6 kittens the night we got her. The mom wasn't producing any milk for her babies due to the fact that she was very emaciated. I decided I would try to hand raise the kittens myself. I used KMR and while yes, it is the most expensive milk replacer, it is also the best and highest quality. It was a TON of work having to around the clock feed newborn kittens but thanks to this product I now have 6 healthy two month old kittens running and bouncing around my house!!
Pros: works great

KMR is amazing stuff! This year, my boyfriend found a batch of kittens (5) in his backyard. First we found 2 at four weeks of age, and they went onto KMR right away and are doing extremely well. When we ran out, we tried a second formula as we were weaning them to solid food, but it paled in comparison.
Later, we found 2 more from the litter at 7 weeks of age....they went straight to kitten food, because of their age.
Last, we found a scrawny, malnourished little boy from the litter - after we Trap/Neuter/Released the Mama - who desperately needed some love and food. With KMR in hand, I bottle fed the little guy. He gained three ounces in one day and is THRIVING. I believe it was the KMR that did the trick, and if I ever find very young kittens again, this is what they're getting.
Pros: works great, taste, easy to administer

We recently rescued a 3 week old kitten who had been heartlessly dumped in our neighborhood. With no mother to nurse him, we knew immediately that we had to buy a milk replacer in order for him to survive. We bought KMR, because quite simply, it's the best replacer on the market.
The kitten survived the rough start he had been given and thrived beautifully! There were no stomach upsets, and he greedily devoured his bottle at every feeding. By six weeks we had successfully weaned him off the bottle and he was eating kitten food.
KMR was clearly the best choice we had made for his growth and nutrition. HIGHLY recommended to any rescues, shelters or individuals who have stepped in to save a kitten's life.

Two years ago I found a sick cat looking for food in my yard. I took her in and she turned out to have a really bad upper respitory infection, and she was pregnant. She gave birth in my garage prematurley, and only one kitten was alive. We fed her with this Milk Replacer because her mother was too sick and she actually survived. The vet adopted her, and without this milk the kitten would not be here today.

I used this stuff for my newborn when i first got her. It's well worth every penny, providing a balanced and nutritious intake, helps against diseases and provides your kitten with the proper vitamins unlike other products. Would highly recommend !!

I am fostering four kittens. They were 1 day old when I got them and they are now 13 days old. They are on the KMR and love it. It is easy for them to digest and look forward to a nice warm bottle whenever they fuss and are hungry. If it were not for the KMR I don't think they would still be here as they were born greatly under weight. They are all over 100 grams now, have their eye and ears opened and respond to my voice and touch. Thank you KMR.
Sincerely,
Charlene

Our rescue gives all underage/underweight kittens KMR. We have had great success with this product. KMR is tasty enough the kittens enjoy it and it provides the nutrition they need to fully develop their immune system.

I rescued a sick kitten that was living under a shed. He was underweight, smelled bad, and had a terrible infection that took one of his eyes. I think love and good nutrition were the two most important things we could give him. I'll never forget the way he grabbed the bottle and clawed at it like he couldn't get enough! Mmmm! He is doing great now (the vet said he is well nourished and she thinks he is past the "hump.") and has moved on to KMR 2nd Step and solid food.
