Decent bottle

I was pretty concerned about the metal stick the animal has to push on instead of the ball, but my guinea pig seemed to get the hang of it pretty quick. Some water does leak when she's actually drinking, but its not much at all. I like the size, and filling is very convenient. I'm keeping it!

This water bottle's nozzle doesn't drip; it leaks like a faucet. My guinea pig needed to be in an aquarium tank with this water bottle. I returned the bottle.

The water bottle is great to fill and clean, but my rabbits can't get the water out. Instead of a ball to let the water out, it's a metal like stick the rabbits have to push to get the water out... Overall waste of my money

Terrible Product.

This product is all around very bad. Do NOT purchase. First, it leaks like crazy. I can fill both of them up in the morning, then by night it is halfway gone from leaking. Second, It's cheaply made mine craked within 2 weeks. Third, the spout where they drink from is a bad idea, my bunnies had no idea how to use it. It was easier to stand there while it was leaking them to try to push the spout to get the water our.

Bought these specifically for the ease of the flip top. My guinea loves ice water so I've been looking for an easy way to get ice into her bottle. These are perfect! I have two, guineas and bottles. Neither leaks and both guinea pigs drink from them easily. I was worried about the new tip but they seem to have no issues. Perhaps those having problems could put the spout from an older bottle onto this new one.

I have to try it because I want it to work. The alternatives are about the same. It doesn't drip so far. It took my adult rabbit less than a day to figure it out, when he was thirsty. It took him no time to figure out the old ball valve type.

The top fill feature allows small kids to be used as child labour. The mounting is so much perfect than the older hanging types. It's easy to mount, secure, easy to take the bottle out to clean and to put it back in precisely the same position. It can also be mounted in any thin walls with two custom holes.

The spring valve is more like a tap if your rabbit figured it out. Animals will probably like it more. But the high volume may be a problem. My rabbit has the tube straight in his mouth so he's not messy. Also his cage is outdoors, he lived on an elevated platform where water will drain off well.

Pros: easy to clean

My bun drinks a lot at night and it used to drive me crazy. So when I saw this new spout that didn't involve pushing a ball up and down all the time I was elated! I made sure to ask about it first and found out that not all rabbits are willing to learn to drink for it but it is returnable if they do not like it. It is amazing. Flip top fill is super handy and I NEVER hear him drinking at night. He's never even hesitated using it so it works out for everyone! Never had any problems with it!!

Leaks!

I bought it for my three guinea pigs, looking for a bigger bottle that is leak proof and thought that a flip top sounded too good to be true, since you could position it and have it ready for them without the mess.

This could not be farther from the truth. The cage constantly gets soaked. We have to fill it MORE than the smaller bottle that we used to have because if all the leakage. And, the poor animals cannot stand the spout.

Don't waste your time or money on this bottle!

Not well made. It leaked, but we kept it because we liked the top fill. But Sugarplum, our bunny just ate the spout for dinner! No more water bottle. I would not recommend. Leaks, poor quality, lasted less than 10 days. The top fill was a super idea, but in the end, a worthless purchase.

One of the employees recommended this for me when I was on my great water bottle hunt, but sadly I'm returning it. Loved the flip top feature, easy to refill, but the flip top portion just slides off, not very secure and easily spilled. I originally thought this bottle was broken because there was no ball at the end, there was a post, but I was assured that this was the design. Because the post is not smooth like a ball and must be moved by the animal to drink, my rabbit had no idea how to use it lol. Easy to clean though because of the wide opening at the top because of the removable flip top portion, wish it would have screwed on instead.

My guinea pig Prince was always wreaking havoc on his water bottles. I saw this water bottle and figured I might as well try it.I love it!I have had it for several months and I haven't had any problems with it! Mine doesn't leak at all and I don't know what I would do without it! The flip top is easily opened and twice a week I take it off the cage to clean it.It's very durable!(I have dropped it several times).

I am looking for stuff i want to buy for my piggies birthday and happened to see this and remembered when I had it and what a nightmare it was! I got it looking for a new water bottle cause my other one leaked. This one looked really nice not having to take it off the cage everyday to fill it up. When you should refill the water bottle every day so really its like any other water bottle. Well i put it in my cage to replace my other and I tried to open the lid and it was hard to open so i put the water in and it just started leaking like crazy. I took it off and filled it from the faucet thinking it might create more suction, wrong. I just gave up thinking it might be because its the first time holding water. The next morning My cage smelled horrible. I went over and saw it had been leaking all night and my poor piggies were standing in water on one side of their cage. I felt so bad so i cleaned the cage and did not know what to do. I tried one more time because i had spent over 5 dollars on this water bottle. It stopped leaking a little but it was still worse than my other water bottle. I went to open the lid and water went all over me. At that point I gave up and gave them their old water bottle back and took it back. it was the worst watter bottle i had ever had. do not waste your money. Stupid water bottle was so much trouble.

I have had this bottle a month and it is already leaking. It is leaking along the ridges of the bottle. I guess I did not take enough care with attaching this product to the holder because it is leaking already. I will contact the manufacturer and tell them.

I bought this for my bunny boy. I needed something that would take less time to fill (since I tend to see his bottle is getting low as I'm running out of the door to get to work). So far, so good. The only thing that bothered me at first was the leaking from the top. The instructions say it has to be filled to the top to work properly. But it did leak from the top/flip part, so I poured some of the water out. It works fine now. I haven't noticed it leaking from any other places. The nozzle is different from his old bottle (which was the roller-ball type), so I think he is still getting used to it. But overall, I'm very pleased.

I got this water bottle for my two rabbits and it is horrible! Not only does it leak, but it also breaks easily! I had to buy a new one within one month. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PRODUCT!
