I have this for my green anole's tank, and it works VERY well! I use a regular desk lamp, and it fits and works perfectly with it! It keeps his habitat at the right temperature it needs to be, and he's always green now!

Great heat, lasts longer than other bulbs

I've been having problems finding bulbs that will last longer than one month. The old reviews on here are misleading or perhaps there was a bad batch of bulbs around 2010. But either way, I bought the 100W bulb and it has lasted over 2 months so far. It gives off plenty of heat for my bearded dragon and works great.

Pros: works great, easy to install, price

This product works great. It will work with almost all dome light fixtures. This light allows you to watch your reptiles night actives without disturbing it. It is easy to install and replace.

I've purchased around three of these light bulbs. None of which has lasted as long as the company guarentees. My most recent one only lasted about a month in a half. Terrible product and I will not buy anymore from this company. Nor will I recommend this product to anyone.

Pros: none

Cons: very short life, extremely short life

UVB Bulb

I would never recommend this product to ANYONE. I bought it on the fly to replace my UVB and didn't need a combo pack. I got it home... *poof* it burnt out. I went back the next day to get a new one, got right home and... *poof* this one went out too. Neither one lasted more than a nanosecond. What are the odds of that happening?

Cons: never got a chance to use it

This bulb worked well while it lasted, which was about 2 weeks at around 12 hours a day. It definitely should have lasted longer than what it did.

bad lasted less than a week

I bought this for my pet turtle and it lasted 5 days. I kept it on for about 12-15 hours a day. So if you do the math it lasted for about 75 hours. I would not recommend buying these bulbs. If you read the product details it says it is guaranteed 1000 hours.

Pros: it gives my turtle uvbs

Cons: it does not last long
