I actually got this in store which is weird since it says online only but anyways back to product, my kit did not come with a sample of wipe out 3 hand gel and it had some white slimy powder spilled which I did not notice until I got home. The package was not opened so I don't know how that happened, but besides that this is a great product has everything you would need when you first start caring for your turtle at a cheap price and my turtles loved the food it came with! Also the book it comes with is very helpful. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

products are great, the reptisafe works great I have had my pet turtle for about 4 months and the reptisafe is still about half way full. I think that's pretty good for a 4.25 FL. OZ. bottle.
the food is awsome because my turtle loves it and is currently eating it for his diet and is ALOT cheaper than the reptomin sticks and you can buy a 26 OZ. of NATURAL TURTLE FOOD for around $10.00 or less but I have a 13OZ. jar for about $7.00 and I haven't even made a dent in it yet!
my turtle though didn't like the treats and the treats turned the water a sickly red color . The reason my turtle wasn't eating the treats may be because it was his first day home with me and my family and maybe he was nervous but if u are buying a turtle for the first time. I would recomend this product, plus the book is FULL of info..... Good luck.

Pros: good food, lasts long, reptisafe is really good, information book is really good

Cons: treats turn the water a sickly red color
