"recently bought this to replace the terrible blue T-rex brand sand that came with a hermit crab starter kit I had purchased, and was completely satisfied, not only does it hold and absorb just enough moisture for my hermit crabs, but it also doesn't emmit a strong, nasty odour like my old sand did. Looks great in my crabitat setup and the crabs are much more active now."
