"I use this substrate for my emperor scorpions and savannah monitor. It's a fantastic substrate that holds moisture well and allows the animals to dig a bit. It looks great, other than the large chunks of bark that I often find in it, and the dust it leaves often can hurt peoples' pets if it isn't cleaned properly.

All in all, this is a great product, second only in the 'ground cocounut substrate' class to Eco Earth."

"I use this substrate for my hermit crabs, and they LOVE it. It blends 3 great substrates into one, and they just love to dig around in it. It looks very nice in the tank too! My favorite part is that it contains Calci sand (which is great for hermit crabs) but it's a lot easier to deal with than just the sand by itself. Go buy it and see for yourself! :)"
