Fantastic

The fry in my tank were showing signs of distress like bright red gills and staying close to the surface. The larger fish were scraping on the bottom and looking like they were gasping for oxygen. Since I am new to keeping aquariums I originally thought the problem was ich but decided to check the ammonia and ph and discovered the ammonia level was toxic! I did a 50% water change searched a couple of sites for best treatments to lower ammonia and this had the best reviews by far! I treated the tank 1hour ago and the ammonia is virtually gone! Thankfully I haven't had and major loss and all the fish seem to be happier since the treatment.

I only used this when i notice my fish is depressed by ammonia spikes. It really worked!!i got the 16 oz and all you need to use is just one full cap for 10 gallons.

Kordon has been the best and most economical product I've found for my pond care and water balance. Gallon size is available on line in the detoxifier and the water conditioner.

This product works wonders quickly ... I use it whenever I have a spike to keep my fish healthy until I can completely fix it. Its a great back up plan. the only down side is this stuff smells SO bad but for the health of my fish I'd buy it again... Its also great if your water naturally contains ammonia

I have high levels of ammonia in my tank. So I tried a lot of different products to get rid of it, but unfortunately nothing really works. So I did research online and I heard a lot of good reviews on this product. So i bought it and amazingly IT REALLY WORKS!!! I just did a 50% change of water and use Amquel + with the Nov Aqua + together for 3 days and the water level went down to zero ammonia. Also I used Seachem stability which is also a good product and I can't believe it that it went down to zero. My 3 pearlscale goldfish are now happy and thriving. Im happy I got the chance to save them because I already lost 2 fishes. :( Im really SATISFIED on this product because it really WORKS!!! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND IT!!!!
Pros: it works
Cons: slightly stinks but it works!!!

This stuff works great. However, it shouldn't be used solely as a chrloine remover beacuse it is expensive. Instead I would use the stress coat plus by api.
Pros: works!

When you start up a new tank, some people use Jungle Start Right Tabs which are okay, but I much prefer Kordon AmQuel Plus along with the conditioner.
This stuff is great to use, works fabulous, never had a problem with it.
I use this during water changes which I treat the water with this before I add it to the tank.
API 5 in 1 Test Strips are an amazing product to use when using the Kordon Amquel Plus. It keeps you on the right track of your water quality and it tells you where you are and where you need to be.

I made the mistake of putting plant bulbs in my tank...well they rotted and my nitrites went past the 5 mark. I fought with 2-3 partial water changes a day with-out any changes and went out and bought this. With in minutes my nitrites went down to .25 by the second day they were at 0 and have been for all of my daily water changes (still trying to get this under control). I am going on day 4 (Since using this product) and my nitrites have not gone above the .25 range and consistently go right down to zero as soon as I use this (I test my water 2x a day since this issue). I can not believe how well this stuff works, my only wish was that I had this on hand when everything stated to go haywire (I would have saved two fishes lives) but overall I owe my tank to this product!

This conditioner only needs a little bit to make a big change!!! I have 5 goldfish, put a quarter of the needed amount in, and the next day they were swimming more happier. Good Stuff!! The only bad part is you can smell the bad smell!!

I recommend this product to anyone. I used this product for first time and it removed my Ammonia and Nitrite to 0.0. This product really Works.

Can't live without this product. Talk about helping to keep the tanks clean, WOW, this stuff really works great for my 3 tanks. Use is all the time and the Stress Zyme too. They seem to go hand and hand together for me in my tanks and my fish seem to not mind it at all. Actually, my fish like the Stress Zyme, it calms them down but the AmQuel really does work! This one is a MUST !!!

This product left my tank with 0 ammonia 0 nitrite and 0 nitrate! I tested my water again because I couldn't believe it.It works in less than a day.

This product it great! however you can buy "prime" for way less. and it does the same thing, and one teaspoon full treats 50 gallons were as one table spoon of amquel treats 10 gallons you do the math. I have 5 cichlid tanks up and running one 100gallon two 55gallon one 29 gallon and one ten gallon it get really really expencive. i was buying amquel all the time but found out about prime.
