I use the activated carbon for my 100 gallon canister filter. I love that you can buy these in large sizes because I go through quite a bit. These carbons work well in the filters and keeps the tank clean. Definitely recommend.

I have a crystal clear 55 gallon aquarium and I beleive in large part to this great charcoal. I am moving up to a 110 gallon tank this week and both filters will be packed with this charcoal.

It's much cheaper to buy bulk carbon and bag it yourself in nylons. Also, since you can bag it yourself, you can customize the bags to fit whatever filter you have. This carbon works quite well at removing impurities from the water. I would recommend this over pre-bagged carbon.

okay I have bought this product today the blended one. I've put it in my cartridge bag filter in my top fin 10 gallon filter system. and noticed how my fish loves how the water is. they swim everywhere so franticly and happy. It says it makes water crystal clear but I guess its my fault to put clear water solution when not needed yet. tank isn't cloudy but I put that solution in and its a little cloudy. but overall this product is great so far.. will put more info on it if anything is wrong.
