I got these once when I had two guinea pigs. Even the one with malocclusion liked them. You probably can't give them too many since the orange would most likely have a lot of sugar, unfortunately. They grind teeth, provide a good
Pros: lots of vitamin c, grinds teeth, guinea pigs think they taste good
Cons: lots of sugar

this is a great product because it works and my guinea pigs LOVE it. my guinea pig was loosing hair and we suspected it to be caused by lack of vitamin-c. i bought her these treats and all her hair grew back perfectly!
Pros: great source of vitamin c
Cons: i have none!!

My guinea pig does not chew on any of the other 'chew things'/toys I have bought him. I was starting to get a little worried about his teeth. However, I put one of these in his cage, and he will nibble on it over about 4 days until it is all gone. I also like that this treat has Vitamin C. The other vitamins I have tried (like the kind you add to their water) work fine, I suppose, but it made his urine STINK. These do not have that effect. I would not consider this item as a treat so much as an edible chew toy with Vitamins.

My pig loves these things. He like to eat the softer outside first and will usually take him a few days to eat it. I keep it in his food dish so it's not getting dirtied up on the cage floor. He goes nuts everytime I take out an old one and put a new one it. He tried to grab it right out of my hand right as I open the cage door.

As soon as I gave her one, she started chomping away. lol They smell really good too... :) Just to warn you, there aren't very many in a package (mine had 5) so give them sparingly. It'll take your pet a while to eat the whole thing, though, so don't worry.
