While my two parakeets were getting used to fresh fruits and veggies I gave them this so they got their nutrients and vitamins during the training. It smells really good and my parakeets love digging through to get at the different seeds. Now that they eat their fruits and veggies I give this to them as a treat every few days or so to fill in any nutritional gaps.
Pros: smell, price, high quality, taste

umm i have one parakeet and he loves this health blend. he digs through the food looking for it.He is very healthy and gets all the nutrients he needs.
