"I bought this collar several days ago because it was a safety collar and looked great. When I got home I discovered the clasp was broken. I live 90 miles from the store (it's the closest one) so I'm stuck with a useless, broken collar that I won't be able to replace for months. What a disappointment. I can't believe the stores haven't pulled these collars from their displays."

"I bought one for my cat just over a week ago and the clip part broke this morning.... my cat stays strictly indoors and I'm happy that this didn't happen if he had escaped, but I don't see myself buying another one of these. It's unfortunate because it's a handsome collar, but the company should use a better quality plastic for the clip."

"Hi, I bought two of these collars for my cats in two different colours. Both of them became useless whithin a very short time. The buckles won't close anymore. The company really needs to fix this defect. I can imagine hundreads of these collars falling off all over the nation leaving cats without the protection of ID. I'm going to exchange them for better quality collars (not the same!)."

"i bought a collar at Petsmart for my kitten 7/27/06 and the collar is adorable on my kitten. About 2 months later, the collar doesn't stay on anymore. The safety lock has no more 'click' when you put it on therefore won't stay on... thought it should have lasted longer? cute collar yet didn't last long. Possibly because it saved my kittens neck many times due to getting caught on things with kitten's high activity. If so, well worth it."
