I had this for my dog who is a REALLY messy eater and drinker. The support itself of the product is great but after a while it does being to rust but i had my dog's holder outside so if you keep the holder indoor's the holder will probably last way longer and if you are going to keep the holder outside maybe spray some spray to keep it from rusty sooner.
Pros: durable, easy to clean, Slide Resistant, Spillproof
Cons: poor quality

I bought this product for my boxer puppy so that it would be able to move/grow with him. As soon as I pulled it out of the box, there is one screw to hold all the weight which was already threaded when screwed into post. I thought if I zip tied it that would work but the bowls would not stay straight so when I filled food/water it would tip over.
I would have returned it right away but the closest store is 60 miles away and would have spend more on gas than just throwing it away and buying another brand and style.

The paint started chipping a few days after we purchased it from water dripping during use. Now it is rusting. The mechanism to hold the bowls in place warped when trying to tighten it so we added our own screw and washer but it still tilts and moves around.

I have a Siberian Husky that is almost two. I got this feeder as a gift about a year ago. At first I wasn't very pleased with the stability. It seemed wobbly but Ryder, my dog, never knocked it over so I kept it. The problem came when, after time, Ryder continually splashed water over the edge of the bowl when drinking and the base began to peel and rust. It now is moldy and left red marks on the tile where it used to sit. I regularly cleaned it but when the paint began peeling and chipping it was a lost cause to keep it sanitary. I am now shopping for something made of plastic that would be easier to wipe down regularly and that has its stability from the outside, not one central pole this this one. Spend your money on a plastic feeder or put it toward one of the more expensive stainless steel feeders.

I bought this diner in preparation for a puppy because it was capable of growing with the puppy. I will not use this product. The base is wobbly and uneven, and the screw that is used to adjust the height of the bowls doesn't hold the bowls in place very well; one gentle push sent the bowls downward, even after tightening the screw as far as it could go. The only good thing about this diner is that the size of the bowls are ideal for medium-large breed dogs, and nice and deep for holding water. I'm keeping the bowls, but I'm trashing the stand.
For a temporary fix, this might work, but I do not recommend using it permanently.

I bought this feeder for my Dobermans, to elevate their food and avoid bloat. However, it is very unstable and constantly turned over. Finally just threw away.

We couldn't put it together! The holes didn't line up to assemble, we had to return it. If it was put together, I don't think it would be good for a larger dog - it would tip over easy.

I have a Goldendoodle she would put both paws in her water bowl and splash the water all out onto the floor. We couldn't leave water in her bowl. Had to just keep giving her drinks all day. What a great improvement she does not try to get her paws in the water its to high and its easy for her to drink, saved me alot of extra mess and work, love it !!!!!

When new it becomes lose on the base at bottom and after a year or so it becomes wobbly. But it is the only height that I could find that is just right for my boxer!! The other ones are too tall or too short. So I am stuck with this product for that reason

We have two dogs and this thing is a lifesaver. It used to hold food and water for our older dog, but now we feed both dogs out of it and use an automatic water bowl for their water. They are close to the same height, so they both can eat with it at the proper height. Having them eat next to each other has made it so there is no growling or competition with food. My husband got it a long time ago, so maybe the quality changed? We absolutely love it and will probably have it for many more years! My only complaint is that when they reach the end of eating, the bowl rattles a lot against the metal. But I use that as a signal that they are done and ready to go outside, so not a huge downside!
Pros: sturdy, convenient, good price
Cons: bowls rattle

We rescued a Dogue de Bordeaux and this came with her. When she eats from this stand, it moves and wobbles and she ends up spending most of her time chasing the bowls around because the top peice doesn't stay tight to the bottom of the stand. We have to hold the top part of the stand for her to eat and now have replaced it with another more durable elevated feeder. Don't waste your money, it really is worthless.

I purchased this product almost a year ago for my lab/husky mix and i am not satisfied. I liked that i could change the height of the feeders as my dog grew and that's it. This thing is a MESS. It is not at all sturdy so FOOD AND WATER FLY EVERYWHERE! I cant stand it!
In my opinion, dish out the money for a very sturdy feeder. It would make you and your dogs life happier and that my friend is totally worth the $

I purchased the Adjustable Double Dinner set for my German Shepherd. While assembling the product I discovered that the screw was not long enough to connect the bottom piece (H shaped bar) to the top piece (I shaped bar). I took the product back and with a manager we attempted to assemble another Adjustable Double Dinner set from the shelves. Turns out, every set had the same defective screw. I took my originally purchased product to Home Depot and purchased the correct length screw. If you purchase this product make a quick stop to a home improvement store and purchase a 5/16 2inch screw to replace the defective screw from the box.
Once I reassembled the product, I couldn't be happier. And my GSD appreciates not kneeling down like a giraffe to eat his dinner.
Pros: the adjustable riser is convenient
Cons: the screw in the box does not fit the product.

I bought 2 after reading the reviews stating how wonderful this product is, to my dismay the reviews did not hold up to its claim. The product is flimsy and bends when you place a bowl of water.

I liked the adjustability of the product but it was unattractive and the paint started to peel away and rust set in. So it just didn't hold up. It was too big for any mat. It wasn't a good quality overall. Not worth the money.

I bought this feeder for my senior dog as i felt her bending to eat and drink was probably uncomfortable for her.
This feeder is very unsturdy, when she eats her food, the whole thing rotates and either the water bowl starts to lower or it completely hits the wall.
It teeters whenever she uses it and tightening it doesn't seem to help anymore.
Now I have to find a new one, guess I should have shelled out the extra money in the first place instead of buying this cheap one.

simple to put together, sturdy enough for my little girl, you can either drop the holder down and keep the bowls from turning or leav them loose cleo (my little girl) likes them loose so she can like the smell out as the bowl turns.
Pros: does what it was intended for

Since I am 74 and don't get around very well, my granddaughter offered to pick up an elevated feeder for my dog. The store didn't have the feeder that I wanted, so she called and told me about this one. It is supposed to be the best seller. I told her to get it even though it cost about twice what the other did. I had seen it on the internet and it looked all right. NO WAY! None of the screws can be tightened as they should. When I take one bowl out, the other drops about an inch. The middle post turns at the slightest touch. The bowls are much bigger than necessary for my dog, but there is no choice. I think I will just find a wooden box the right height and cut two round hole in it and use soup bowls to fee and water Sam. He isn't thrilled about his feeder moving around while he is trying to eat.

I purchased 2 of these for my new chocolate labs. I expected to be pleased because 6 years ago I purchased one at a local petsmart store and I still have it.
The ones I purchased on line were of poor quality. The knob on one of them would not tighten. The bowls wobble and the middle post continues to turn.
If my 7 week old puppies have trouble eating from them now when they are 90 lb adults the feeders will be useless.
I must buy new feeders.
