GREAT TOY!!!,
September 5, 2006
by labsbutler
from Blairsville, PA
"If you have a fetching fanatic like my 2 year old Black Lab, you've got to get one of these! Not only can you throw the ball with little effort, you can pick it up too. No more touching the slimy, dirty, stinky ball! My Lab loves it too - she can hardly control herself when I get it out of the trunk at the park. If you can find the rubber "ultra ball" from Chuckit - that's the best. It seemed like it would last forever, but unfortunately my champion duck hunter lost her's in the river. Oh well, this is still the absolute best fetching tool around with a standard tennis ball (comes with nice multi color balls.) GET ONE TODAY!!!"

helps save my arm!,
October 26, 2009
by labmaranermom
from GA
Pros: ball goes much farther so puppy is more worn out, no more picking up nasty tennis balls, easy to use and durable Cons: none!
"My lab-weimaraner mix puppy LOVES to chase tennis balls. It reached a point where my arm was getting sore from throwing them so much. Then I found out about the Chuckit! This has absolutely saved my arm. It allows me to throw the tennis balls MUCH further requiring my puppy to run farther and wear herself out quicker. She still wants to play for hours, much longer than I want to, but at least now it's not quite as rough on me. I'm thinking about getting another one of these just to keep in my car for when we go places so I am never without it!"

Awesome!,
April 18, 2009
by Rigly
from Erie, PA
Pros: durable plastic Cons: included tennis ball was chewed up fairly quickly
"This product practically saved my life! Being a typical lab, my puppy can not play enough fetch. My arm was constantly sore and I could never throw the ball far enough. Someone told me about Chuckit so I went out and bought it. Now we can play fetch for at least an hour without my arm feeling sore, my puppy is happy, and when we go inside she is too tired to chew my shoes. The throwing motion required to use it properly is a little awkward and results in a lot of "Chunkit" at first. Once you are used to it, however, you can throw the ball at least 100 yards.
If you have a fetch obsessed dog who bores easily, buy this product!"

"Got this toy for my 18 month old black lab that my boyfriend and I just adopted. She loves to play fetch, but also loves to slober on the ball, and then wash it off in her water dish. This allows us to pick it up and throw it for her, with out every touching the ball. Its awesome!!!!"

best toy ever!,
July 1, 2008
by pavalava
from Tacoma, WA
"This is possibly the best idea ever (for a dog toy)! Having to pick up a slobbery ball, or that over-excited pup grabbing your hand with the ball is a thing of the past. The dogs also get tired because they have to run farther!!! I can't throw very far, but with this, anyone can throw like a major league ball player!"

My dog and me Love this.,
April 22, 2008
by BrittC
from Orlando, FL
"I love this product for a few reasons.
1. I don't have to bend over to pick up the ball. 2. I don't have to touch the slobbered on ball. 3. I can throw the ball further. 4. I can play longer without my arm getting tired.
My dog loves this product for a few reasons.
1. He gets to run further to get the ball. 2. He doesn't have to question when the "game" will be over, because if he see's the stick still out he knows we are still playing, Hence he brings the ball back everytime. 3. He can drop his ball in his water bowl and i dont get mad, cause i don't have to touch it, yet we still can play.
All in All its a wonderful and very durable product..."

"This devise allows me to wear out my lab instead of my throwing arm. With little effort you can fling a tennis ball covered with drool and never get your hands dirty. Everyone that sees it wants one."

Fun fetch toy,
October 20, 2006
by drummerchick
from Nashville
"I have two of these; a full-sized with a rubber grip and a mini. The mini is great for our backyard, but it doesn't have quite the same "spring" action as the big one. The big one can throw the ball REALLY far without much effort. I highly recommend the rubber grip. I also bought the rubber replacement balls, because my dog tends to chew the "fuzz" off regular tennis balls. The only problem is my dog thinks the launcher looks more fun than the ball, and he is always trying to grab it from me."

ChuckIt Ball Thrower,
September 4, 2006
by Indi500
from O'Fallon, MO
"This is a great product for anyone with a ball-loving dog! With very little effot you can chuck the ball quite a good distance. With a little practice, you can scoop the ball up easily, assuming your dog brings it back to you! Any regular tennis ball fits so you can have extras for multiple throws / dogs."
