Having moved to Florida a couple of years ago, I was introduced to the flea population quite quickly! I tried so many products, most of which did nothing or very little, or if they did work, lasted only a short time. I was reluctant to try another product, but a long time Florida resident recommended this spray, so I tried it. What a relief, it works! It provides relief to the pets almost immediately and I see no sign of fleas again for a good three months after using it. I don't think the smell is near as bad as some I've tried, but of course no animals that I know of "like" being sprayed with anything, so they aren't huge fans of the spray, but they like not having fleas better! This has been a Godsend in our home!

This is my dog Patches. He's rather photogenic don't ya think.
Every summer my dog gets really bad fleas, I try everything to get rid of them, it makes me sad to see him suffering. I saw this stuff at Petsmart and decided to try it out, first of all it smells like bug spray, and it doesn't get rid of the fleas. Now maybe it works on some dogs and some it doesn't. I have a Jack Russell Terrier, fairly small dog and this did nothing for him. Plus, he hates being sprayed with this stuff!

We got a new pup that came with her own fleas. We used Frontline on her and she still had fleas. So I went to Petsmart looking for alternatives. Got the Advantage and this product to treat the areas she likes to lay on. Still kept finding fleas.
So I have performed my own test. I got the flea comb out and a white towel. I combed through her and got 6 fleas caught in the flea comb. I laid it on the towel and promptly sprayed them with the SentryPro they swam in the comb. I kept thinking they would die in a minute. After 10 minutes still swimming in the stuff. So I caught another flea in the comb and tapped it into a cup of water with some dawn dish liquid. It promptly died. Now if I can figure out how to spray dawn dish liquid all over her with out a huge mess Im set.
I guess in its defense I have 3 other pets whom I have used Frontline on and they have zero fleas. Maybe these are just some tough fleas she brought with her.

As a resident of the Great South, I have found an urgent need for a good flea and tick treatment. Having been a die hard fan of Adam's, I went into Petsmart looking for just that. They were out. I decided to purchase this. First of all the price tag is expensive, as is Adam's. I liked the large size of the bottle; as I am a pet parent to six cats and one spoiled wire haired dachshund. The spray smells of pepper and my dog does not like it, as don't my cats. I do not feel that the effectiveness equals that of Adam's by any means. However, do not get me wrong. This along with my dog's Nutro have greatly reduced his itching and skin irritations.
