We are having a heavy infestation of ticks this year. I hate to use chemicals on the dogs, but was finding multiple ticks everyday. I applied the Sentry Pro as directed. Three days later found a big fat tick munching away on my dog. Very much alive. Today, another engorged tick on his ear. This does NOT repel OR kill ticks. Have had similar experiences with Frontline. We must have vigilant ticks out here in the country.

This product claims to kill fleas and prevent infestations. I did my research before purchasing this, and some of the reviews I found claimed it didn't work. Others claimed it worked fine, but you had to apply it diligently every 30 days. I thought for the price I'd try it out. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. I followed the instructions to the letter, and began applying it months before flea season began to make sure that my dog absorbed the medication. What did I find yesterday? FLEAS ON MY DOG. I'm really upset because now I have to treat my dog, my indoor cats, and the whole rest of my house; exactly what I was trying to prevent! The only thing it claims to do which it actually seems to is to repel mosquitoes. If you're looking for quality flea prevention on a budget, this is not the solution.

I have used sentry flea and tick for a couple of years.My two dogs never got fleas or ticks.This stuff is as good as the more expensive brands.

Just treated my 3 dogs. They stopped itching and fleas are falling off.

what a waste of money , didnt find one dead flea out of 2 dogs that used it on 2 occassions. seemed to make the fleas active and irritate the dogs more. - weeks later - still no dead fleas , but seems to be MORE fleas, this stuff doesnt even seem to deter the fleas. never seen anything less effective than this product. there are better products out there for the same price , dont waste money on this one.

I have 3 dogs, 2 small and 1 large breed, found a few fleas and went out and bought this product, Let me know tell you the flea's could care less about it! They were even walking all over the area's where I applied the product!! Still a few weeks later and STILL SEEING FLEA'S!! I don't see any results with this stuff!! I even applied a second dose and still flea's! Spend your money on something more expensive and stay away from this product!! It did not work on 3 dogs!! It does not repel, does not kill pretty much I spent money on a faulty product! I don't see how this worked on other dogs when the flea's pretty much LIKE IT!

Okay job at flea repel, but not the best, and also not the worst.

We have 2 dogs and never had a flea problem in the past. Being on a tight buget lately I decided to try and save some $, big mistake! I applied it to both dogs Friday afternoon and waited to see if there were any dead fleas, it is now Monday and the fleas are still running around like nothing is wrong! We haven't found one dead flea! Brushed both of them out last night with a flea comb and still nothing. I think we applied a flea stregthener, this stuff is making them stronger instead of killing them! I think it is food for fleas so you get infested and have to buy more products to get rid of them! I will never buy a Sentry/Sergeant pet product again. This was the biggest waste of money, the old saying is always true, "you get what you pay for"! I Should have known better. Now I have to wait 30 days to reapply any type of flea control!

Our 2 yr old dog has never had fleas until our usual flea/tick prevention was out of stock. We decided to give Sentry Flea & Tick Squeeze-On for Dogs a try and less than one month after his first application we now have fleas. Do not waste your money on this product! You will pay more in the long run trying to clean up the mess Sentry made.

We have 2 dogs, 4 cats and multiple foster cats depending on the month and I love this product! Our dogs havent scratched since we started using the products and our cats are sleeping peacefully and flea free. We foster cats and kittens for our local animal shelter and unfortunately the fosters normally come in full of fleas! This product eliminates the fleas from the older cats and since we use Sentry on all of our pets it keeps the fleas out of our house and therefore off the kittens. I recomend it to everyone and even give it to people who adopt from us. Love this product!

Worked for less then a week before my shih tzu and house cat had fleas again. Do NOT buy this! The worst part is you can't reapply or use a different kinds of flea drops until a month has past, so you don't over medicate. Therefore I had to give them bathes over and over until we could use a product that worked on them. Waist of time and money!

i bough this stuff for both dogs and my cat as well, the stuff doesnt work at all. i used it 2 months straight to see if it would kick in!! NOPE!!! i will never buy this again go with the frontline or advantix. i want a refund

I got my 51/2 month old boxer mix last about 1 1/2 months ago. I gave him the flea and tick preventative I was given at the rescue, (Trio something I don't recall), and 2 weeks in we visited a friend's house. Well he got fleas there. I applied the Frontline my vet had given me early to get rid of them and after 48 hours of letting it work it seemed to do to the trick only to find that 3 weeks later he got fleas again at another place we visited.
This time I gave him the Sentry oatmeal flea bath and applied Sentry 33-66lbs flea and tick preventative. It started working faster and he has been doing great.
I love the price and it seems to be working great. I am finding such mixed reviews, but Frontline hasn't been working at all for me this season and I keep hearing other dog owners with the same issue with Frontline in my area. I am hopeful that Sentry is my solution to this year's tough flea season.

Did not work at all. After giving it time to work, which it did not, went and spent the money to get Frontline which worked . It seemed as if the other fleas were jumping onto our dogs and just laughing about the Sentry.

We used Sentry on our 80lb German Shepherd. It's about a week until he needs another dose and we found 3 ticks on him in one day. Needless to say I'm looking for a new brand now. You definitely get what you pay for with this product. I do not recommend this!

I used this product 2 weeks before I went camping (knowing the dogs will need protection) and within 2 days they had fleas so badly they were jumping off the dogs and on to us! After we got home I called customer service... was put on hold.... and told I over medicated my dogs by giving them a flea bath when I got home from camping. It does not state on the package you can not use other products with this or after application!! Please do NOT buy sentry pro! Waste of money!

I have a Bichon and bought this product two weeks ago. It did absolutely nothing!!! A complete waste of money. I'm going back to Advantix it kills and repels.

I LOVE IT. tried Frontline....no effect. Bought Sentry Pro applied it over night....woke up the next morning...BAM! no more bumps in sight. LOVE LOVE LOVE it.
$9.99(in oregon) versus like $80.00 for Frontline (which did not get rid of the fleas.)
p.s. I have dachshund mixed with miniature pinscher.

I live in a tick heavy area, my (mainly inside) dogs would come in with at least a tick on them a day! Since we started using SentryPro a little over a week ago, I have only found 1 tick on one of my dogs, and it was behind his ear. I would highly recommend this product to anyone!!!
