I have this and it works very well, was easy to learn for both me and my dog(s). I use it to "call" them in from outside. It only took a little while for my dog to catch on (less than 1/2 hour) with treats. Now, I just open the door and "click" twice, and she comes running! It's great!

I wanted a simple clicker to start clicker training my kitten, so I picked this up at a local Petsmart. I'm a student, so every dollar is precious. My kitten was doing GREAT with the actual training, but midway through our second session, the clicker mysteriously stopped working. I've tried fiddling with the switch on the back and with the metal bit, but it simply will not work anymore. I'm really disappointed. My kitten was doing so well with his training, but due to the poor product quality, I have to wait a week or two to purchase another-- and therefore risk losing all of his progress!

Cons: didn't work

I tried this clicker and I found it works great. It is the first clicker I have used but found it to be addicting to click. I don't actually have my puppy yet but am going to the breeder's to see how he reacts to it. It is very cute and the wrist strap is handy and is easy to get on and off.

I don't like how your finger is under the bone when you click it, this is a bit uncomfortable but I got used to it quickly. Sometimes it is hard to click and gets stuck or doesn't click properly. The volume button would not go to one of the settings but that didn't matter as I didn't detect much of a difference anyways.

Overall this is a good product for first time clicker trainers like me, and I would definitely recommend this to someone.

Pros: cute bone shape, wrist strap easily removed, handy wrist strap

Cons: clicker gets stuck, volume change barely noticeable, awkward to hold at times

I bought this the other day because it was the only thing petsmart had in stock and I love it! I dont get why people gave it such bad reviews! You just have to make sure that the volume is all the way away from the wrist chord. If you want it softer you slide the little lever towards the wrist chord. The olny thing that you have to make sure of is that you push the button more toward the edge and you will get a much better click that if you push it in the middle. Anyway my lab responded so well to a clicker! I am hooked!

This is amazing!! My yorkie and Coco Lab got it like that!!Now the they have learned that click- means the command and when they do it the first time they get chicken snips!!!! They use it about everyday.This is a MUST HAVE FOR FUTURE DOG TRAINERS....OR.....CRAZY PETS!!!

I bought a clicker for my rats because I heard that you can train them with a clicker, but when I clicked it they ran away! I'm still not giving up. Maybe I will try tomorrow.

I picked up one of these bone clickers yesterday, and tried it out with one of my dogs. I have used clickers many times before, and found that the dog responded well to this one. I only gave it 3 stars for quality because it isn't as sturdy as other clickers that I've used, and although the tone is supposed to be adjustable, I didn't detect much of a difference. It is adorable, and a lot of fun. The wrist strap is also quite convenient.

The Bone Clicker does work for what it was designed to do; however, I have used others that I preferred. I would not reccomend it to a serious clicker trainer, but rather, I would reccomend the Bone Clicker to someone who is looking to try clicker training for the first time.
