We just got a new puppy, a Great Pyrenees and we needed to start leash training early because we want to walk her, not her walk us. This leash had the right thickness, and length, worked very well!
Pros: comfortable, durable, looks great, Easy to ControlDog

This is my favorite training lead. The leash and snap are both light enough to not bang up my dog's shoulder when we practice loose lead heeling. The cotton webbing is a little rough. For this reason, I wouldn't use it to physically restrain a large dog on long walks, but it works great in more controlled situations like obedience classes.
Pros: lightweight, excellent for training
Cons: rough on the hands, cotton webbing catches on thorns

Great training lead or for use with the umbilical method when you don't want your pup right up under your feet!....I would not use it for any walking or play though as it does burn the hands quite a bit if pulled through!
