Honey LOVES it!!!!!! She is a really smart dog but she has not gotten a treat out yet and this is her second one (first got lost). Honey would chew for the whole day if I let her. I am 4 hrs away from the nearest Petsmart so I have to order the replacement discs. I try to make them last a little longer than the usual hour it takes for her to go through them. She is a lab/bulldog mix who weighs in at 110lbs, boy can she chew!!!!!!
Pros: dog loves it, taste, high quality ingredients, price

Love these! and so do my dogs! These in the Everlasting Treat Ball are like a miracle when it comes to keeping your dog occupied! We take these on long car trips to keep them busy, and they lick it for a while before falling asleep

My 90 lb. GS can actually get the disc out within a matter of minutes. He loves the taste of the disc, I just wish they were made to stay in better. This would allow more time for me to sit and maybe watch a complete TV show. They do not occupy his time for long at all.

My 70 lb hound/ lab mix can sometimes get the treat out of the large ball, especially if I don't ensure that all of the "edges" of the circle are fully smooth after I insert the treat. But it seems to make him try harder to get it out because sometimes it is "Easy." He loves the treats with or w/o the ball. I use this ball when I need some peace and quiet, it works every time.

4 mo old puppy + 13 yr old Chow/Golden mix

My pup is a labrador + bulldog/boxer mix and LOVES to chew. Coach purses, budding trees, wood fences, my 13-y/o Chow/Golden's tail. I bought one of these a week ago to calm her down when she's inside before bedtime, and I quickly saw my senior dog took a liking to it (she's always been a licker and this suited her perfectly), so I bought another a couple of days ago. I've taken to inserting Blue Mountain puppy kibble in the pup's with just one disk, and giving my senior the other with two disks (one of each flavor), and I now have blissful, mostly non-aggressive indoor bedtimes that before resembled something straight out of animal kingdom (and yes, the pup's in training!).
I bought the "medium" sized one for both, though the pup's @ 30# & senior is just under 75. Karma's (older's) licking and not biting preference seems to keep her from popping the treat out, and the puppy and she both are able to pick it up & carry it around the house. No damage to either, and they can't get enough of them. Will I buy disk refills? YES, preferably when on sale, but the ones that came with product plus just one extra (the liver on Karma's) have lasted a few days and still have life on them.

My dog really enjoys this treat used with the Everlasting toy ball, which is one of the few toys that he actually has not torn up. He is a dachshund/lab mix and we usually have to get "wolf" toys for him as he is a heavy chewer with very sharp teeth. We have had this toy for over six months. Even his kong has never lasted this long, and he loves it! Additionally, my dog has a sensitive stomach and these do not aggravate that or his allergies.
Pros: taste, dog loves it

I bought this with the same intention as everyone that has reviewed this product and I have the same gripe. My Bulldog (who is no genius by the way) had the disk treat out of the toy within five minutes. Yea, it kept him occupied (as he made a terrible mess on the rug) but I could have accomplished the same thing with a bone! Why can't they make the disc large enough to not slip out? Now, I'm stuck with another "treat ball." The problem with these treat balls is that the treat comes out way too easily and that is not a challenge at all. The only toy like this that I find worth the money and that occupies my dog is the hard square toy (looks like a large dice) but that is a very hard plastic and it scratches my new wood floor.
Cons: treat disc does not stay in toy

I have a 19 month old Siberian Husky named Hercules, who is very intelligent and loves to chew! I always look for new innovative products that are safe, healthy, fun, priced well, will keep Hercules entertained, and will satisfy his natural curiosity. I saw this and thought i'd give it at try. I have tried the other chew toys on the market that are similar, (i.e. Kong Toys), and Herc seems to enjoy the challenge of getting treats. Inserting the hidden treats is very easy but the main disc refill treat is a little harder to insert, I usually have to use a butter knife to assist me in inserting the refill, but it's not incredibly hard just a little challenging. He loves chewing on it to retrieve the treats and the disc. He is a quick chewer and he made quick work of this one too. The first one took him about 2 hours, then after that he can usually get all the treats out and eaten in about 30 - 45 minutes, he now has a strategy to it. I thought it would last much longer than it did, considering the name, but nope it didn't. I think the refills are a little pricey because they are gone so quickly, but Herc loves 'em. I will buy the refills again, but they will be an occasional treat, and definitely not an all the time treat. = )
Pros: my dog loves them, keeps my dog entertained, other treats can be put inside
Cons: a little pricey, don't last that long with agressive chewers

My 7 month old golden retriever is an aggressive chewer. I bought the large size treat & he had it eaten in 15 minutes. I expected it to last much longer due to the claims on the package. He did like the flavor but it is not worth the money for it to be gobbled up in 15 minutes.
Pros: liked the flavor
Cons: only lasted 15 minutes

I have a 9 month old lab. I was hoping these treats would last a week... but they literally only lasted 2 hours total. I bought the ball and the refills and he got the treats out immediately. I timed him and the first treat took 1 hour, the next one was out and devoured in 50 minutes... I could have saved a lot of money and just purchased a cow hoof for $1
Pros: appealing to dogs
Cons: not "everlasting" at all

My husband bought the everlasting treat ball and treats for our collie who chews everything. The treat ball did not hold up to the chewing....he had it completely destroyed within a few hours. I think he liked the ball more than the treats. The treat remained on the floor while the ball was torn to pieces. Not at all everlasting.

My pitbull is very smart and easily figures out how to get treats quickly. I was hoping it would be somewhat everlasting but he gets each treat out in about 30 mins or less! what works better is if we put small treats in the middle of the toy its harder for him to get them.

...how dogs chew through the refill in minutes. I bought a large for my (very clever) German Shepherd and it took her a month to chew through the treat, another month to chew through the replacement! (Maybe the trick is getting one larger than the dog's mouth). This is my GSD's favorite toy even empty, but with the insert treat - she's busy for hours!

I bought these for the Everlasting Treat Ball. My dog loved the flavor of the treat, but unfortunately could pull the treat out of the ball within minutes and devour it, therefore causing it to become a very expensive treat that didn't last long at all.

My dog chews everything! His toys, however, rarely are of interest to him. The Everlasting Treat Ball doesn't last as long as I would like, but it certainly keeps my chewer's attention.

My dog loves this toy and the treats so much that she carries the ball around all the time whether there is a treat in it or not. The ball is so versatile that it withstands her biting on it constantly. It has not torn once since we got it about a year ago. When we do put the treats in the ball she will not leave the ball alone until the treat(s) are completely gone. It occupies her for about 4 hours per treat!! She carries it all over the place. She takes it outside when leave her out to go to the bathroom and she brings it into the bedroom when it is time for bed. She plays with the ball more than she plays with any other toy she has. We keep stocked up on the treat refills and insert one or two into the ball when we are leaving for a couple hours.

These are the only products that will keep my aggressive chewing dog happy for more than 10 seconds. You can use them without the ball and they work just as well. She is a very finicky chewer (she will not chew anything "bone" shaped) and these work great at keeping her happy for longer periods. If she uses the ball she looks for one on each end which can be too much depending on the size of the dog. I would highly recommend this for dogs who really like to chew.

It's not so everlasting. I have a rottweiler though, so that could be why. I got the large size and he's so big they looked more like mediums. He really loved it. With most treats he just nibbles a little then just lets it sit beside him and ignores it. With this one he chewed it till it was gone. It only lasted about 10 minutes, but I would buy them again just because of how much he liked them.
