This stuff is BY FAR the best deordorizing stuff i have ever used. My cat has some really stinky 'stuff'. My litter doesn't work to well, and my litter box stinks horribly as a result. With this stuff, just sprinkle a little bit over the litter, and your done! It starts working immediatly! Finally, my house doesnt smell! This is definatly worth the money.

I really mean that title! Friends come over and can't believe we have 4 cats! And 5 Hooded Cat Pans! I will never be with out This (as we call it) Cat Dust! I put alittle in the bottom of a clean pan add Fresh step clay litter ( no Clumping) and a light dusting on top of litter then lightly mix useing bottom of container and I put the Hood on and there ya go! I do scoop out the poo when I see it , then add a dusting, mix and go. My cats Love it as do the Humans in the home & the visiters! WE have used this product for years and have tried the other kind but cats & Us didn't like the smell of it and it didn't cover the cats smell at all! Try Tidy Cats Cat Box Deodorizer your Nose will thank You!

Pros: your nose will thank you, cats will thank you, no one will tell you have cats, easy to use, it will lenghthen the time between pan changes

Great refresher for litter. It helps to eliminate odor after scooping out clumps. Keeps from having to change litter as often. I LOVE it & do NOT go without it! I sprinkle about 1/2 a cup each time I put completely new litter, sprinkle some after scooping, & leave a thin layer on top of the litter. My cats seem to really like it.

Pros: eliminates odor!, lengthens time litter can be used, cats like it

Smells awful

This product smells awful all on its own. It smells like a Christmas tree, which is fine when it is real, but the chemical smell mixed with the smell my cats create is pretty gross. Regular baking soda is MUCH better. Don't waste your money!

I would buy this again if I used a normal litter box, but now that I use the Breeze there is really no need for it. Furthermore if you do use it with the breeze, it will go right through the holes.

Pros: helps box stench

Cons: do not need it for the breeze

I have used this in my cat's little box for years now. I forgot it one time, and I was erminded shortly after by the pungent ammonia smell. This keeps the box smelling clean for much longer than baking soda (tried previously). I use this in combination with the Tidy Cats Crystal blend, scooping every night, and we can go weeks before the whole pan has to be chnaged

A little of this product makes ordinary cat litter go much longer without any telltale odor. Just sprinkle on top when you change the litterbox and give the box a single shake to make the powder settle in. Makes a huge difference!

This deoderizer has a great scent that my cats don't seem to mind. I use it every time I clean the box. I don't smell any ammonia so it must be working to cover that...I just wish it did more for fecal smell.

Good fresh scent!

I used this deordorizer with Special Kitty Crystal Blend cat litter and it worked very well for me. I used very little each time and it always left a very fresh clean scent even when I used it inbetween clean outs. It worked great and didn't bother the cats which is even better.

I've used this for a couple years now. It really cuts down on ammonia odor. It is good to sprinkle UNDER the liner to keep the pan fresher longer.

Far Superior to Baking Soda

I had been using baking soda as a deodorizer in my litter box and it just wasn't doing the trick. I slowly transitioned into using Tidy Cats deodorizer by using a combination of the two for a couple of weeks. Tom (my cat) didn't notice a thing and the odor control is much much better. I would definitely recommend this product over traditional baking soda.

I like Tidy Cats litter, so I thought the deodorizer would work well. When I opened the bottle, I thought the smell was strong. I mixed it in with the litter like the directions said (thinking maybe it wouldn't be as strong when it was mixed in), but I still couldn't stand the smell. My cat didn't seem to mind, at least not yet, but I had to change the box and get different deodorizer the next day

I had a horrible experice with this product and would like to let others know to be careful when first trying it out. In the past, we always used regular baking soda in our cat litter. During one visit to Petsmart, I picked up the Tidy Cats to give it a try. I have 4 cats and 2 litter pans. (One cat does her business outside.) Well, my 13 year old cat went nuts over the new smell. He wouldn't even go near his litter pan. He started to have accidents throughout the house. I went back to having the baking soda in it, but the fear was still there. I had to buy another enclosed litter pan and start him on that in another room of the house. Once he was use to it, I then moved it slowly day by day until it was finally back to being in my laundry room again. I would say that it took me at least 2 months until all was normal again.

So please, remember that our older cats could be traumatized by something so simple as trying Tidy Cats in their litter. I'm sure this product is good, but perhaps it would be best to start using it in your cat's litter when they are real young.
