These balls are excellent!! I have a two-year old rottweiler/sheppard mix who tears up most of her toys within minutes but this is one ball she can't tear up and we love it! Even better, she loves it. We tell her to go get red ball and off she runs. She is always wanting us to play ball with her but when we don't have time to play, she'll lay down and just chew on it but it stays in one piece. We got it for her with the toy coupon we received from Petsmart in the birthday card they sent her and it's the best present for both of us!

for a dog who destroys tennis balls in 5 minutes...the Kong ball is excellent!! After having it for a week, there are not even any teeth marks or scratches! it may be more expensive than a tennis ball, but it sure will last a lot longer!! we love it!

My Labrador Retriever fetches for hours on end and is never too tired for a play session. I have now found a product as enduring as she is. We constantly buy duplicates of this ball and she can't get enough of it. She sleeps with it in her bed every night and whenever we get it out she starts wagging her tail. Not only is this ball beautiful and classic, it's nearly impossible to destroy, feels good in your hand, bounces off the ground with a vengeance, and enchants your dog's five senses. It is also easy to clean as the surface is smooth and hard--and my dog gets it pretty dirty! The hose is all that is needed! I must recommend!

No other competitor can touch these! Kong rhythms with long, for long lasting!!! Tough as King Kong!!!! My labs chew on kong toys a lot and have yet to have an issue. No holes. No pieces. It's been great! I still like to watch them though.

I bought this product a couple weeks ago and my Pitbull loved its extra bounce. I thought for once she was going to be able to keep a toy for atleast a month, but, she has already chewed some pieces off it. I recommend this product for average chewers, then it will remain pretty durable. Its just not for a heavy chewer. (We're gonna make it last as long as we can!)

My dog is very good at destroying toys, even ones labeled "indestructable". But this toy has proven to be destruction-proof. The only problem I've had with it is that it sometimes leaves red dye on the floor.

My frenchie is 10 months old and a big chewer. This kept her busy for a long while. She doesnt have many 'toys' she likes to chew on, she's more into bones and busy bones. She really enjoyed this toy and it lasted for a LONG time. Months. She kept going back to it!

I have a Pointer/Black&Tan Hound mix and this ball just keeps her entertained forever. I do try to get the ball frequently to throw it, which is the best part and keeps her from chewing it constantly. Balls last typically 3 months and we're on our 4th one - almost time to get two more. Last time we got them, we gave one of the balls to a friend who has a Lab pup and she agrees that this is one tough play toy.

Phoofie has had this ball in her mouth since she was a pup. She learned to retrieve, jump and fetch with this ball. When I come home from work everyday she has this ball in her mouth ready for play. Since she is an Aussie she has so much energy and playing with this durable ball keeps her in tip-top shape. I have tried many other types of balls but this one has outlasted all of them.

My Australian Shepherd really likes this ball. I like how there's a hole in the middle where I can put my fingers through so that I can take it away from her without being bitten (she's still a pup and in training). I've noticed that the hole in middle of the ball also allows more air to go through and, therefore, making it go farther when thrown and bounces nicely. Only thing I don't really like about it and, thus, not earning the five-star rating is the heaviness of the ball. It's not as light weight as a tennis ball (since it's also meant to be chewed) and, after a while, my dog gets tired of bringing it back. Maybe this will change once she gets bigger. Hope this helps!

Our doxie/? Max is a voracious chewer. He destroyed every toy he got until we got him a large Kong ball. He loves it. In fact, he goes nuts if he can't find it. It we put it up on the desk, dresser, etc., when he wants it he will sit and whine until we give it to him. He absolutely loves to play and/or chew on his ball and it lasts and lasts. It is the only toy he's had that hasn't been destroyed. Thanks PetSmart for carrying this great product.

We have a 1-year old boxer/APBT mix who absolutely demolishes ANY toy we give him - tennis balls, stuffed toys, rope bones, the list goes on.

THEN we discovered this ball! It's perfect for him because he loves playing catch but used to eat the regular tennis balls. It is heavy but not so much that he can't still catch it when you toss it up in the air! GREAT PRODUCT! Worth the money

Sully, my 2 year old springer spaniel is a relentless chewer. Every toy that I'd buy for him would be destroyed in minutes, KONG is the only brand of toys I've found that have lasted. Sully has had his KONG ball since he was a puppy and it barely has any bite marks or sratches on it. It's perfect for playing fetch outside or you can bring it inside if your dog just wants to chew on something. Sully brings his ball with him everywhere he goes and it doesn't matter how dirty it gets because it's really easy to clean. The only bad thing is the ball is made of very hard rubber so if you have hard wood floors it can be a bit loud.

We have both the small one and the large ones for my two pug mix dogs, and they can't chew any pieces off! this is the best ball we've ever had for them and they love it. Kong has been the best brand of indestructible toys for my dogs and I would recommend this to any dog that loves to chew on tennis balls because they won't get anywhere chewing on this one!

This was a great find for my American Staffordshire mix. She loves tennis balls, but destroys them in a day. I gave her this ball a few months ago and it is going strong. She chews on this outside and it is withstanding all types of weather (rain, snow, cold temperatures). I would recommend this to anyone who has a dog that likes to chase tennis balls. It is a great investment.

My dog is a total ball freak!!! Needless to say, we have tons of balls. She will pass all the other balls up searching for her Kong ball to take outside for a game of fetch. I don't think I own any other balls aside from the KONG Rubber Ball. It's just that good! The ball is solid rubber with a hollow tunnel through the core for treats, peanut butter, string, or whatever.

Pros: durable, hollow core for treats, colour for visibility outdoors, easy to clean

Cons: expensive, only red available, dries out if left outdoors
