My Lassie And T-Bone love Kongs toys. The Kong toy keeps them busy and entertained when we are not home. I filled them with peanut butter and dogfood and treats. The Kongs are very strong for my 2 power chewers. I have bought Kongs for years and they lasted for several years and counting. I would definately recommend Kongs.

My dog had severe seperation anxiety when he was one. My vet suggested the kong as part of his daily training to help ease his anxiety. To my suprise it worked very well within a few weeks he did much better. I would put treats in it so it would occupy his time, after awhile all i had to do was show it to him and he knew i was leaving and ok about it. I just got a new puppy and Ive used it from day one and it works even better. The kong is a great toy and training tool. I will always use the kong with my pets they love it, its a great treat for all of us.

I have a very entergetic miniature daschund and there are times when I get home from work and she just wants to play, play, play. Well, when I'm too tired to play I take some yogurt drops and stick them in the kong and she will go at it for hours just trying to get the treats out. It gives me a chance to relax or get stuff done around the house without the puppy at my feet. WONDERFUL!!

What a wonderful invention. Do you need 15 minutes with no one bringing you toys or begging for a walk? Put a little peanut butter or cheese and a kong cookie in one of these bad boys and your pup will be so busy trying to get every bit of the tasty treat out, you might even get to watch that tv show with no one standing on your lap!

Someone bought us a Kong as a puppywarming gift when she discovered we were getting a Golden Retriever. She said her dog had one and loved his.
Little did we know, seven years later our dog STILL loves his kong! AND THIS IS WITHOUT EVER PUTTING TREATS IN IT. I don't know if it's the way it bounces, or how it fits in his mouth, but our dog would be lost without it.
And ANY dog toy that can last this long, let alone keep a pet's interest this long, deserves 10 stars, not 5.

I originally bought this toy as a crate training device for Tippi, my Rat Terrier mix but oddly enough, my Chihuahua Pug, Rufus took a liking to it more and he's not as much as chewer as Tippi is. So we've ended up using it with peanut butter and cat food (they love our cats food.) and it serves well as a comforting distraction inside Rufus's crate.
Tippi eventually gave it a try herself and with solo time on it for about an hour she could not damage it whatsover. She normally rips through tennis balls like its nothing.
This is a great durable toy for Rat Terriers and Chihuahuas. I got the small size.

My Jack Russell loves getting into EVERYTHING. You can just smear some peanut butter inside a Kong, and ta-da! Entertained dog! He loves gnawing on it even after all the peanut butter is gone! They're also dishwasher safe, which is fantastic because it gets pretty slobbery after a little while. :)

As a pet parent of German Shepherds, the Kong is the only toy that can intrigue the intellect of the breed AND withstand those powerful jaws. We have a large Kong that has lasted around 12 years and has been thoroughly enjoyed by two furry best friends. It is still intact. I often fill it with treats, usually homemade. My furry friend cannot resist the Kong when thrown and it bounces unpredictably. He delights in chasing and catching it. It's great exercise for the entire body!

Kongs are basically required for a happy dog and a happy pet parent. The Kong I have has lasted forever and shows no signs of wear and tear--they're extremely durable. Not only can you use it as a toy because it bounces, but you can also use it as a mind-stimulating toy. If you put treats inside, the dog has to go through some work to get it out! The best part, in my opinion, is that you can put doggie peanut butter or cheese inside, which occupies your dog's time for a long while, so you can get things done! Long story short, they are one of the best uses of your money as a pet parent.

In the morning, our 2 year-old Pom, Gloria watches me stuff her Kong Classic with a mixture of dog food moistened with water, plus a little peanut butter. She walks away after I put it in the refrigerator freezer. But at 3:00P.M., she's right at the freezer door waiting. When she is almost finished, she slams it down several times to make sure it is really empty.
She is on her 2nd Kong, and has been known to swipe any unguarded Kong at Doggie Daycare...
The only other toy she's liked that well is the Pet Smart's stuffed, yellow 'squeeky duck' ball. Her's has been in the laundry so often she could use a new one, but unfortunately, Pet Smart doesn't seem to have them in stock anymore :-(

Our dog has easily destroyed many toys and treat holders, but the Kong has stood the test of time and is well worth the cost. Put a little peanut butter or cheese in the Kong, and your dog will be focused on licking all the food out of the Kong. Overall, a fantastic product at a good price.

she knows the word when she sees it she jumps up and down like she has springs in her feet. i put kibble in it then finish it off with peanut butter. then when the goodies are gone, she plays with it picking it up,dropping it cuz you never know where its going o land with its crazy bounce. she loves her kong!(i don't want to say it to loud,shell get excited :))

Tasha, our rottie/shep mix loves her Kongs. We have two and will give her one in her crate for the morning when we're gone. Depending on how difficult you make it, it will take her 15 mins to an hour to get everything out. There are endless recipes on the internet to stuff your Kong, and we ALWAYS freeze them to require extra effort. While Tasha is a very heavy chewer and normally busts through everything we give her, she does not rip her Kongs apart. I believe it's because it's too big to chomp on with her back molars... that's where the damage happens. If she does eventually start tearing it apart we'll have to test out the black Kong Extreme. All in all, this is a great invention. Love it!

These Kongs are great! They provide my dog with hours of fun and it prevents boredom. They are very durable and stand up against heavy chewers I alwya buy kong brand!!!

My pittie mix loves to chew on ropes and hard toys, tennis balls etc. The kong is great becuase no matter how much she chews on it, it won't even dent! It is extremly strong and I highly reccemond it. Put cottage cheese, Peanut butter and treats inside! Keeps them entertained for awhile

This is one of the inventions ever! I can give this to my Westie and it can keep him busy for at least a half hour, even when I do not put the treats in the cone. I recently put a raw hide stick thru it and he loves to toss it up and chase it. Easy to clean and safe!

Without this toy, our black lab Baily wouldn't be able to be calm and distracted when we leave in the morning. We fill it with baby food and place it in her crate. The Kong is durable and so easy to clean. And dishwasher safe! I highly recommend it for any dog.

No other competitor can touch these! Kong rhythms with long, for long lasting!!! Tough as King Kong!!!! My labs chew on kong toys a lot and have yet to have an issue. No holes. No pieces. It's been great! I still like to watch them though.
