I give one to my chinchilla after I clean his cage. He loves them and it keeps him occupied for a few days. The only thing I don't like is it can get messy as bits fall on the floor of the cage.

Pros: chinchilla loves them

Going crazy for sticks

Once I put the stick into the cage, he immediately goes straight to it and eats it non-stop, right til its the wooden stick. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there is a metal wire at the top and my chinchilla chews on that, and once all the food is gone, its somewhat sharp at the tips. Also, its messy after they finish, since all the seeds and stuff get all over the floor/platforms. Other than that, get these sticks, you won't regret it!

Pros: delicious, wooden stick middle great for chewing

Cons: metal hook, messy

my seven chins all go nuts over these chew sticks! They love them so much its all they do the whole day I put them in the cage! Forwarning---use only everyone in a while could cause an upset stomach is put in cage too often.

My Chin Loved These!

I was looking for a new treat for my chin and picked up these chinchilla sticks at Petsmart. As soon as I put it in her cage she was all over it! She didn't stop munching on it until she had gotten all the way down to the wooden center. In about a day and half's time it was almost gone. The same thing happened when I put the second one in her cage. She devoured it. Definitely seems like a great treat for Chinchillas!
