No more gagging or shedding!,

"I have a 17 month old large breed dog (not a Boxer) who eats very quickly, no matter what food I tried she would choke and gag on it. I tried several different premium brand large breed formulas. The Royal Canin boxer food was brought to my attention since it met my dogs protein restrictions (not good with lamb....stinky!) and it offered a large unusual kibble size. I gave it a try, first with the small bags to ease her onto the new food, she did pick out all the Boxer food. Then 3 weeks ago we bought our first large bag of Boxer. What a difference and not just with the gagging, her stools are smaller and firmer, her coat is richer in colour, bald spots have cleared up, and the shedding is next to nothing. In this heat that is a good thing. I am very pleased with the results and best of all, she loves it. She waits for her meals, and eats everything no need for extras. I'm sold - Royal Canin is my food of choice, or should I say my dogs first choice."

"I switched my boxer to this food because regular shaped dog food was either falling out of his mouth, or getting stuck in there. Now all the kibbles make it into his tummy. He loves it and so does my great dane. The cat seems to like it as well :)"

"Today, I switched by 15mo old male white boxer (Smoke) to Royal Canin MAXI Boxer 26 Formula (RC). I mixed 25% RC with the 75% of the old food. My boxer ate around the old food; gobbling up the RC and looking at me for more. Will see how it goes as I slowly change from the old food."

"I have two dogs one a 3 year old boxer and the other a 8 year old Ridgeback/Lab mix. They were on Beneful for a while however the gas was terrrible and the amount of waste tremendouos. The boxer would go 4 -5 times a day and was so skinny. After reading several sites for dog food I came across Royal Canin Boxer. My first concern was it okay for both dogs as I was not going to do two different foods. Well I purchased a 35 pound bag approx. 20 -25 dollars more than Beneful and tried it. First of all reduced gas, how wonderful, second of all we only go potty once a day. How Great that is, and third Diesel finally started filling out. He looks so good and I call him my little stud. He seems happier. His coat is great and so is the Ridgeback. I like the special kibble as I think it helps him get what he needs from eating. The ridgeback is happy too. She eats the food and it has kept her weight down also. I never thought that could be possible. My dogs have dog food out constantly and they do not overeat with this food and them seem very happy and entergetic. The Ridgeback has also been playing with the boxer which has never happened before. She has more energy and actually has become more spry in her old age. I love the food and how my dogs have changed. I would love if coupons of discounts could be arranged as I pay approx. $55.00 a bag and go through 2 bags a month."

"I have an 11 month old boxer. she is the most pleasant dog ever. We also have a yorkie and they play together all the time. Lately she was not interested in playing just sleeping. We have fed her Nutro Max large breed puppy since we have had her, which is 10 months. she got to where she wouldnt really eat and we had to force her to go. she wasnt ever interested in her food. Then she got to where for a week straight she would eat half her food and then throw it all up. even if we just gave her small portions at a time, she would still throw it up. We took her to the vet and the vet didnt know what was wrong but gave her some nausea medication. My sister has a dog who just over time became very sensitive to her food and couldnt eat it. so I decided to buy this food for her. She has not thrown up one time and she is begging for food now. She is interested in playing now and runs more in the yard than I have ever seen!! We have gotten more compliments on haow beautiful her coat is and how well she is built! I say this is a great food!!"

"My boxer was on Science Diet for a while, but slowly stopped eating it. Then a friend of mine who also has a boxer, recommended this food to me. I started giving it to my 15 month old boxer, and she absolutely loves it! She is usually waiting at her bowl as soon as we get up in the morning, and when I get home at night. And one thing that I really enojy about this food is the kibble size and shape. My dog used to inhale her food in a matter of seconds, but with this food, she is forced to eat at a much slower pace and really chews it. All in all, I think this a great product! I feel confident feeding it to my dog, and I would recommend to any boxer owner!!!"

"I read the reviews and was a little sceptical. Then I bought a bag. My female boxer is 20 months old and was a very picky eater. I tried mixing canned with dry, adding some table scraps and she would take the food from her bowl and eat it somewhere else (messy eater) and usually not eat everything at one time. Now she attacks the food. As soon as I grab the bag and pour she is all over it. She eats every last morsal. This is a must buy for any Boxer owner."

"My boxer loves this food. My vet turned me on to it. I started him younger then the age given so I mix half/half with the Royal Canin Large Puppy breed food. Calvin licks his lips as soon as I pull out his food! It's nice to see him be able to chew since their mouths are shaped differently. I would 100% recommend this to boxer owners. If your boxer is younger I would mix the two I mentioned!"

"I have a 16 month old Boxer. She is happy and healthy, but is still so skinny! I wanted to find a food that she loved (she's a picky eater) and that would fill her out. Well, when I found out about Royal Canin Boxer, I just had to try it! My Boxer is finally eating and I am noticing that she is filling out quite nicely (slowly, but surely!) "... to this food because the organic food was just getting too expensive. Last time we bought it was close to $4/lb. Ugggh!! Anyway, we bought this and tried out the smaller bag. We did not ease it in. She absolutely LOVES this food. No digestive issues, no "adjustment" period. She looks forward to eating it and does the classic "boxer wiggle" when she hears the bag rustle. She never did this with her other food and we always had to put a little water in it and heat it for her in order to get her to eat it. Not with this food. I'm ecstatic about it and wonder what took us so long to find it. Yay, Royal Canin!!"

"When I first tried the Maxi 26 for Boxers, I used it for treats and my dog loved it. Imagine that, a 40 pound bag of treats. Well, we give it to her now on a regular basis and I did notice a difference in chewing the food, and digesting what she ate."

"We have been using this food for about 6 months now and have noticed a HUGE change in the way our boxer looks and acts. We also use it for our pit bull and boston terrier and they had great results with it too. I highly recommend this food if you are the owner of a boxer...it is so good for them and they dont have to use the bathroom as much. If you want to take care of your dog...use this food! :)"
