After adopting 2 kittens, one just was not eating. Tried many foods but it was Royal Canin Kitten food that he finally accepted. This food cost a bit more than average but it is worth every penny. It took this frail kitten to full health. Today he is a beautiful well developed adult cat and I credit Royal Canin for getting him the healthy start he needed. Thanks Royal Canin!! (and thanks Petsmart for carrying this product too!!)

We switched our 6 month old kitten to this from RC BabyCat and she loves this too. The size is still small easy for her to eat. She has had no digestion problems at all with this product.

Not too good for the steep price.

Well the third and forth main ingredients are corn which really has little use for cats, they are used as fillers. The food doesn't contain any unnatural fillers though which is a plus, however with the steep price I'd switch to different brand that doesn't use corn fillers that are tough on the digestive tract in cats.

The is a wonderful food for your kitten. The pieces are small, easy to chew. The taste is great (in my kitten's opinion) and hardly a litter box smell! For really young kittens you can get the baby cat formula and the pieces are TINY!

I have 3 female kittens who are sisters (litter mates), and I started with giving them baby cat, and now we are on kitten. I wanted to give them top quality food. I believe even though top quality food costs more, you'll have less vet bills, and they don't eat as much of it anyway because it's not full of junk. My kittens have beautiful shiny, and soft coats. I also don't ever have to brush them, unless it's just for their enjoyment. They also hardly, and I do mean hardly shed. I would definetly recommend this. Besides.... what costs more, the vet or the food?

We put my ragdoll kitten on this when we brought her home at 3 mos. The breeder had her another product, but I found that food to be very smelly. This food actually smells good. She loved it and made the transistion easily. She never threw up or had any hair ball issues. She is now a year old and has graduated to an adult formula. But we really liked this cat food and I would recommend it to others.
