We live in the dry SW desert and my cat was constantly scratching and losing fur as a result. After introducing this food, she cleared up immediately. However, it is very difficult to find. The only place I've found it is PetSmart, but the store closest to me doesn't always have it in stock.
Pros: high quality, digestible, taste
Cons: price

My cat has been on Royal Canin Cat 27 for month. She started to loss hair around her hind quarters and genitles. We though she might have medical problem, but decided to switch her to Skin and Coat 30. With in a week her skin was not dry around where she lost her hair, the dry crusty skin disappeared, and her coat was shiny. My cat loves this food and one of the major factors that we put her on Royal Canin rather than another food is that id contains no RED 40 which animals are allergic to. Worth the cost, but Petsmart needs to get the 15lbs. bag.
Pros: contains no red 40, very good with clearing up dry skin, coat is very silky smooth
Cons: needs bigger bag at petsmart

Highly digestible, good size to assist chewing and clean teeth. The coat, no matter how long or short the fur, is so soft and healthy. The skin is no longer dry, but it is not real oily either, so it is a perfect blend. With Royal Canin dry foods I do not need to feed canned foods anymore.
