I currently foster kittens through a local animal shelter, our most recent foster we got when he was two weeks old, he loved the babycat food more than anything, and of course it was totally adorable to watch him crunch up the little pieces as he ate it.
I attached a photo of him eating the babycat food mixed with some canned food (or atleast it was all mixed together when I gave it to him, but as you can he felt the need to be on the plate and make a mess). Overall, this is a great product for bottle babies and I will definitly be using it again.

My 13-year old tortie lost all of her teeth to dental disease, despite regular cleanings. Even though her vet said that cats with no teeth adapt very well with their regular kibble, I wanted to find something easier for her to eat. I was afraid that she'd choke on the adult kibble, so I wanted to find something smaller and softer. She loves this food! Unfortunately, so do my other 5 babies and it's hard for me to resist giving everyone a little treat when I'm feeding my tortie.

This cat food is great. My cat was 3 weeks old when I slowly stoped feeding it milk replacement from a bottle. She slowly began to eat this food and she loved it. I also notice it is easy for the baby kitten to digest this food she uses the restroom with out a problem in her litter box..My kitten is very healthy and I would recoment this to anyone with a new born baby kitten as soon as they get there small teeth.
Pros: high quality, digestible, taste

I bought this for my 10 week old kitten on the Breeders recommendation. My kitten loves this. I was pleased to see that the size of the food is smaller - perfect for baby cats. We fed her this until she was 6 months then switched her to RC Kitten the next stage which she loves too.

I found two orphaned kittens no more than 2 weeks old, both very sick and one without an eye! I bottle fed them, and the vet didn't think they would even live, because they were so malnourished and full of various problems. After trying multiple foods once they were ready to try to transition from milk, babycat was the one they could eat easily, and ate a ton of it~!
Now they are two months old and have grown so big and have shiny soft coats and very active. I believe that this cat food made all the difference in making them nutritionally sound and able to grow!

Great dry kitten food

I adopted two kittens from the Humane Society at about 9 weeks old and one of them is very picky about what he likes and doesn't like. I tried a few brands but this is the one that they like best.
The kibble bits are nice and small - easy for kittens to eat and there is no "cat food" smell which is nice because I can leave it out for them to nibble on all day.
When they get a bit older I will stick with this brand, but switch to their Kitten formula.

The best

I adopted two kittens when they were eight weeks old. They are just the two pickiest eaters I have ever seen! The adoption agency I adopted them from was feeding them another kind of food, and they didn't seem to be too big a fan of that food. So I tried other types of food.. I tried maybe five brands.. Science Diet, Avoderm, etc. A sales person at petsmart said she recommended this food and feeds it to her cat, so I figured why not throw another one on the list of tried kitten foods. Imagine my shock to come home and find all the Royal Canin Babycat food in their bowl gone! They absolutely love this food. They hear the bag open and go crazy. I could not be happier. It is a little more expensive than other cat foods, but I will gladly hand over more money for this wonderful food. It makes their coats so soft and they are very healthy. My little kittens are now 15 weeks old and I will definitely be moving up to the next level of Royal Canin food when my bag of Babycat 34 is gone.
Overall, wonderful. If your kittens are picky eaters, definitely give this food a shot.

During the last two weeks or so of our queen's gestation we gave her this mixed in with her normal food at a friend's suggestion (she worked as a kennel tech previously). Then once the kittens had decided food came from other places too we gave the whole litter and mom this for the first few months and then switched them to the kitten formula. They are all Healthy, happy smart and super friendly with beautiful coats.
Of course there is no way to know if this was because of the food we gave them in their first year of life or if it was genetics. But they really loved this food and they all turned into beautiful grown up cats.

When I found my blind kitten who was malnutritioned I needed a kibble that would be a small enough size and a little softer than the average kibble because he was in such sorry shape. This brand was the perfect kind I was looking for and he ate it up right away after turning down some Nutro kitten food. He loves the Royal Canin and I believe the advanced nutrition helped keep very little eyesight that he had in one eye, against all odds. I'm very impressed.

I bottle fed my kitten until he started to sample solid non-food things, so I got this just in case he was ready to eat solid food. (None of the other solid foods said they were ok for kittens as young as 4 weeks.) He didn't have any problems switching from KMR Milk Replacer to KMR 2nd step and this stuff. Sometimes I mix the "gruel" with this, other times I give it to him straight out of the bag. He loves it. The super tiny pieces are perfect chomping size for a young kitten. His litter box doesn't smell bad, either.

I adopted my baby kittens at 10 weeks and this was all I fed them until they reached 4 months. The size of the kibble was perfect for their little mouths and it was soft enough for their milk teeth. They were never once finicky about eating it and are now very healthy and beautiful kittens. I liked Royal Canin Baby Cat so much that I graduated them to the Kitten variety of the same brand. Highly recommend!

I got Royal Canin baby cat for a little 4 week old kitten I adopted. This is by far the best pet food I have bought. It was perfect sized for her little mouth and I could tell it was easy to eat. I had bought other brands and saw her struggling to chew the large pieces. Plus you can really tell by coat and overall look that this is nutritious food. Want to save yourself time at the litter box?? Well i have heard that better quality foods make your kitty "poo" less... this is so way true with this product. When I used other brands I was surprised at how much waste my cats produced... i was spending a fortune on litter and spending more time at the litter box. With Royal Canin I found them to not only use the bathroom less but it was less smelly and smaller.
