I really enjoyed this fountain and the cat and dog both love it as well. Was given as a gift as I loved the one my boyfriend had for his cat. The pump gave me issues since I first got it but as never owning one before didn't know that wasn't "normal" and now facing buying a new one as it doesn't work at all. I did contact customer service and only said for me to purchase a new one. Didn't even have it for 6 months. Now the boyfriends pump case should be replaced soon as it doesn't pop back together right but he has had his for several years.
Pros: easy to clean, Slide Resistant, Spillproof
