I inherited a male toy poodle that is incontinent. I tried 4 different dog diaper brands and 2 versions of baby diapers. Nothing seemed to fit correctly. The problem was that the tip of the male member extended beyond the front edge of the diaper. The length of the Top Paw diaper exceeded that of all others. Here was my solution. You rip a one inch tear above the tail hole so you can pull the bottom of the diaper further forward in front of the male member. Then I take a Top Paw diaper liner and attach it to the front edge of the diaper (within the border), it acts as a stopping point for the male member and provides extra absorbency. I also then wrap the front end of the diaper with Tinkl Belts (can find on amazon) for extra security. I think the snug feeling also helps to discourage the desire to urinate. Between the two, I haven't had one accident in months.

The brand of diapers PetSmart used to carry was far superior to these. These don't fit right and leak. I just bought the "old" brand online from a popular e-commerce store and got free shipping.

Does not fit, poorly designed

This is a very poor product, do not purchase unless for laughs, the dog does look too funny for words. If the product worked it would be worth the dejected looks we're getting. As soon as she moved or wagged her tail the product fell off. It does not look like the product on the packaging, maybe a photshopped picture. It does not look like the XL could fit anything bigger that a small to medium-sized dog in the way portrayed. Go and buy some large absorbant pads and duct tape from your food chain store and make your own.

Sizes aren't even close!

The sizes on the package are certainly not what the sizes actually are. I read another review for a similar product by this brand so I purchased a size up for my dog just to be safe as recommended by the reviewer. When I got them home and tried to put one on her I realized there was no way that was going to happen. My dog should have fit into the size bracket of the large and I had purchased the x-large but that still wasn't enough. I still needed at least another 8 inches to fit around her to match up the tabs. I won't be bothering with this brand again and I highly recommend not to bother either.
