I needed to buy this leash to replace a very old retractable leash. I love it! I also bought one for my mom's dog and I noticed when walking them together, the leashes are much less likely to become tangled. The retraction is super smooth and there is just enough length to give my baby the right amount of room to do her thing!

I bought the pink 16ft. retractable leash for my new puppy. It's light enough and long enough to provide her plenty of freedom, but the lock gives the control when needed. Despite being light, the leash is durable so I can use it with confidence.

I bought the "Small" for my 12lbs Havanese. It's not a heavy handle at all, and the lobster claw at the end doesn't weight 50 lbs and doesn't strain his neck. It's perfect for his late night before bedtime potty walks. The lock also works very well and doesn't randomy unlock the line. If your dog is well trained on his walks, and can resist distractions...the leash is for you. If your dog is really bouncy and will lunge in different places...the leash is NOT for you.

I've owned my Flexi cord leash now for 10 years. It still locks and still brakes and gives me great control over my dog. I would not buy any other brand.

These leashes are the next best thing since the microwave. I bet we have at least 8 of these in our dogs closet. They are all fine and with no defects at all but eventually I will buy another one for maybe the color or whatever because you can't have enough. I have one each in every car, relatives homes, garage, back deck or front lawn. I have 2 yorkies and they have never been outside without a harness on one of these leashes. Best buy ever.
