The sleeves are much too large and the bow / buttons would look MUCH better on the front. I have a small for my Chiweenie , and it is very tight around his shoulders , but the sleeves are extremely loose. I might end up cutting them off . I couldn't get a medium like I normally would for him because the sleeves would be HUGE on him , but overall this is a very cute shirt for the price and he will be wearing it .
