Constantly Loosens - Very Dangerous

I love the Vikings but I have to constantly tighten this collar. No matter what I do, I loosens to the point of slipping over his head. I have to tighten it at least 2-3 times a day for walks, and sometimes that doesn't even work. If my dog pulls during the walk, it slowly loosens and it has come off multiple times. I live on a busy street so this is nerve-wracking. Luckily, my dog is trained and knows not to run into the street but someone else may not have as good of an outcome. Returning as soon as I go back to the store.
