This collar is very versatile, fits a variety of sizes (I bought one for my young, fast-growing pup), and looks great. I am so glad I bought a second, larger one for when he is full-grown. The personalization option is very nice, too.

I ordered this for my one year old lab mix.... It is gorgeous! The stitching is very nicely done and B's information is easily readable. I ordered mine a bit big because my puppy is still growing and had no difficulty adjusting it to fit. The hot pink is vivid and bright. For the price you can't beat it. Beautiful and effective against pulling! Wonderful collar!!!!

I ordered this product because my dog's only issue is pulling on his leash. As a (soon-to-be) therapy dog he absolutely must walk at my side at all times, so that was unacceptable. He's a 50lb ball of love wrapped in fur and can easily drag me if he chooses. With this collar he doesn't even try. Now when we go into hospitals/nursing homes I don't have to worry about him accidentally tripping someone and it's safe for him as well.

Another plus is the fact that it's customized. My dog is microchipped, but not everyone thinks to have dogs scanned. Now if he somehow gets loose the contact info is easily available.

Overall this collar is well made, and the customization is nice. However, the collar does not have a buckle. For the Martingale to be an effective training tool, it must somewhat snug, but this makes it impossible to slip on or off. So everyday I have to loosen the collar before I take it off and tighten it after I put it on. This will get very old very quickly, I'm afraid.

I usually purchase martingale collars for my huskies since they like to pull when we walk/run. However, my youngest husky loves to chew off and/or rip off her ID tags. So instead of spending $8 every month on a new set of tags, I decided to buy a personalized collar. This was the best price for this type of collar. I bought one for each dog - the white lettering on the "Orchid" (lighter purple) shows up nicely. If you order the pink collars, do not order the white lettering because it is difficult to read on that color.

However, the one down side is that the company sent me the wrong color collar for the pink one I ordered and then gave me a hard time about exchanging it for the right color. So just be sure that you are ordering the correct color!

Great for restraining Squirrel-Chasers!

I use this collar on my terriers after one of them sped off suddenly in pursuit of a squirrel during our morning walk. I had a snap-latch collar on him and it broke away - leaving me with the broken collar & a leash in my hand - the dog in the distance. The nylon martingale is soft on the necks of small dogs and provides correction without injury. The safety of my dogs is #1 for me and this collar keeps my "squirrel chasers" safely at my side in the city.

I purchased this to use in puppy kindergarden class with my 9 month old. It works perfectly. I have complete control without hurting my pup and she does not pull when walked on a leash. I am purchasing one for my 3 year old even though he does not have any leash issues.
