The pad seems nice and comfy, but the crate cover is nowhere near as plush as it looks in the photo. The bumper is a bit flimsier than the pic as well, and our Boston Terrier does NOT like the bumper so she continually ripped it off the crate and wound up destroying the velcro strips. I do love the color; the aqua is exactly the shade in the photo.
