This is a super cute shirt for dogs. I ordered a size small which is the average size for my maltese/shih tzu mix who is 7lbs. This size is made for a toy breed. It does stretch but not enough to make it comfortable for him. I did try to place it over his head after I tried to place it over his nose.

I am going to try a medium and large hope one of those works.
