I am a new mommy, to a beautiful Siberian Husky. As you can imagine, they are very active, beautiful dogs (that cost a pretty penny, but so worth it!). I had heard so much about dog food, I had no idea, what to buy. I talked to the vet. He said that no grain, would be best for him. I bought it for him, before I even brought him home. He LOVES it! My baby boy is 11 weeks old, today and weighs 19.4 pounds! He is a MONSTER boy! The vet said he's a super healthy boy.
My boy's litter mate, was adopted, by someone I know. They have had so many problems with her stools, eating and no weight gain (she is about half his size). She asked what I fed him and I told her this. Her pup is doing SO much better!
Also, my brother's dog has terrible skin allergies. He has for about 2 years. He scratches so much, he actually looks like he has mange, from hair loss. I told him to get rid of the Dog Chow and try this. Within a week, the scratching stopped and his fur is growing back!!! I would recommend this food to everyone, who has a dog! Wallet friendly and awesome!
(I can't get my cats to stay out of his food. They eat it too!)

I have become the parent to an abandoned pit bull puppy. She would not eat and her ribs were showing. Someone told me about the authority puppy food. I got it and haven't had any more trouble getting her to eat. She started putting on weight and is beautiful.

cleared up pups runny eyes

I was looking for a grain free food for my pit bull puppy. She had runny eyes and runny nose and was constantly scratching. After just 2 weeks her eyes and nose are no longer runny. and she is not scratching at all. We are feeding her at manufacture suggestion and she would not eat more than a few bites. She just didn't like it until I started putting warm water on it and letting it soak for about 5 minutes. Now she eats most of it but I really feel at 3 months I shouldn't have to wet her food to get her to eat. That is the only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is the taste. She looks great. Her stool is firm which is a must for a puppy that is being potty trained. She has lots of energy and just looks healthy overall.

Our Miniature American Shepherds really enjoy this food, even my finicky one. Their stools are smaller and firm, which tells me that their digestive system likes it as well. The price is good for the 15lb bag, but I would like to see the adult packages in a 30 pound bag. Since I buy in bulk, it would be even a greater savings.

I am completely satisfied with this food. The price is reasonable for the 15# bag (not the 5#). My Mini Australian Shepard started on it at 7 weeks and now at 3 mo she eats it well. She is very healthy and happy and her stool is regular and firm. She is about 10#, I keep food available for her all the time and she eats just a tiny bit at a time but usually eats about 1 1/2 cups a day. She seems to be growing and gaining weight just as she should. I would recommend this product.
