I have been using this litter for a few months now and I really have no complaints. It works pretty much as advertised. There is absolutly no dust and the clumping ability was better than expected. I also was pleased with odor control, as long as I clean it regulary you dont even know I have a cat...and I live in a small apartment. It also tracks less than the clay litter I was using previously.

I have a multiple cat household.. 4 cats, 1 that is very very particular about litters, and this litter has been a Godsend!! It controls odors amazingly..with other litters, as soon as you enter the apartment, the litter odor hits you. With this litter, it's as if there are no cats residing here. The minute they do their business, this litter contains the odor, and my cat that is so particular has no problems at all with this litter. Yes, it has a pine scent, but I find that to be one of the pros. The only con with this litter is that it does tend to get tracked all over, even though I have a litter mat. I would most definitely recommend this to everyone. This litter is well worth the money and the best litter I have used!!

I've tried a few "natural" litters and this is one of them. It clumps pretty well. (none of the natural litters clump as well as clay) It's not dusty at all. It controls odors for about 2-3 weeks but that's it-I'd like to get a little longer out of it. I know that some people hate the pine smell of this, but I don't find it overpowering. The real dealbreaker for this litter is that it gets tracked everywhere. This is the worst litter I've ever used as far as the tracking goes. I won't buy it again. Sorry, NM, I love your other products!

Great litter

I have two cats and three litter boxes. I use this product in two of the three litter boxes. As long as I use the entire bag in the litter box, the litter will retain its effectiveness for about a month. One of my cats refuses to bury any of her excrement, but I still do not smell anything. For my situation, the product is a good buy.

Great litter, but strong scent

I recently started using this litter because the last brand I had used for years had changed its formula and it didn't work as well as it had. This litter does have a strong scent to it, but my 7 cats don't seem to mind it. It does have a soft texture to it and it doesn't get tracked all over the house as other brands with larger granules do. The litter clumps rather hard, and I haven't had any problems with the clumps falling apart as I scoop. I've only used it for a week, so I don't know how it will hold up until the next litter box washing. I gave it four stars instead of five only because of the strong odor, but I would rather smell the litter than cat urine!

Does not control odors

I tried this product because it is one of the new light weight varieties and I have to carry the litter upstairs. It is very light and equals the same amount of litter as other brands by volume, if not more. My cats are not picky and will use any litter. It has a strange fragrance to start. It seems to be relatively low dust. I see a little more tracked around the house than usual. It clumps well if the clump is left to dry in the box. If you try to scoop it while it is still fresh, it falls apart. The main reason I will not purchase this product again is that it simply does not control odors. There is a strong ammonia smell that other brands control much better. The overall box needs to be scrubbed out more frequently than I am used to. (My cat digs through plastic liners.)
