cute, but runs small

Tried this on my dog today. Super cute, but wish I would have gotten a larger size as this runs small - especially around the neck, chest and hood. Can't even pull the hood up onto his head.

Cute design for the holidays, but I think the fit is smaller than standard sizing. Tight around the neck area too, which I think is the main flaw of this product.
